- 8. Now I know you’re probably wondering what does Facebook have to do with YouTube?Quite simply, with the creation of several different API, users are now able to share their YouTube video’s with a broader Audience.
- 9. This also allows for greater ease of access and sharing of one’s videos.
- 10. The Problem? Not enough views or subscribers. The solution? The creation of a collaborative project called ‘The YouTube Initiative’.
- 11. What this is, exactly, is a Facebook group for YouTube enthusiast to feature some of their work and have it critiqued by peer review.
- 12. Everyone is welcome to join this group. Users are encouraged to view, comment , share and subscribe to member videos and channels.
- 13. A little known fact is that, at one time or another, The Facebook website is actually visited more often than the Google search engine portal.
- 14. This fact has massive implications!
- 15. Imagine, at certain times of the day, This specialized and keyword targeted group could potentially bring in thousands of visitors! This translates into more views per video and possible subscribers to one’s channel!!!
- 16. This forum is relatively new, but is expected to increase exponentially within the coming months.
