Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin has hired two young Republican operatives, Jocelyn Webster and Ciara Matthews, to work on his reelection campaign and promote his administration's policies as recall elections approach. Webster previously worked for Karl Rove in the Bush administration and on Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign. Matthews worked for an anti-abortion group and Sharon Angle's controversial 2010 Senate campaign. Their hiring has raised eyebrows given their experience with aggressive political tactics and propaganda efforts.
