Tugler and Nobber go on an adventure to take pictures of common people for Professor EmmelKay, encountering strange sights along the way including a man blowing his nose and "Big Gey in drag in the pink". Tugler completes his mission successfully and returns to celebrate with the Professor, who is pleased with the photos of the "general public".
