Rosie was born with a talent for singing and had dreamed of becoming a star since she was three years old. On her 16th birthday, she decided to audition for American Idol when she found out they were holding auditions in her hometown. Rosie sang "Higher" by Ariana Grande at her audition and was selected to advance to the next round. On the final day of the competition, Rosie won first place with her family and friends in attendance to celebrate her victory.
