This document provides instructions for students to work in groups of three to complete Investigations 1 and 2 from Tutorial 7.3 on page 341 about extending the concepts of sine and cosine for angles from 0 to 180. The groups are to answer in writing the discussion questions on page 343 and hand in the paper when finished. If there is additional time, the groups can continue with the Exercises on page 343.
