(Persia or Asia) Empire, neither Republic of Ivory Coast also known as République de Côte d’Ivoire in French
was a Slave Coast nor Republic of Liberia which formerly called Grain Coast. The Slave Coast was rather

There has always been confusion between the Royal House of Stuart and
other people claiming to be royals in Brittan and Europe and other part of the
World. The Royal House of Stuart with great leadership of Royal heirs threw a
challenge that they would not be a life but their great-great grand son would
explain the mystery of the Unity of the Two Kingdoms. Republic of Ghana was
selected after investigation. Mr Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana, coming from
ordinary family was sent to America and Europe to be educated just like my
grand mother, Her Royal Highness Princess Evelyn Alexander-Stuart, junior
brother who currently living in Republic of Ghana today, Dr. Osafo Lartey or
Lafayette or Larteh same as His Royal Highness Prince Edmund Alexander-
Stuart, Earl of the Duchy of Larteh of Royal Atuakofiland of Ghana long ago but
secretly, He gained numerous qualification from Europe and Africa, He is a
retired Medical Consultant, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist ( M.B.Ch.B, FRCS,
FRCOG, FWACS) but he is Aristocrat of wealth, talent and virtue. Kwame
Nkrumah after He retuned in 1940’s to Republic of Ghana, He was allowed to
lead Ghanaians and keep small power of government, In 1951 He was asked
to form a Cabinet, and in 1952, he became Prime Minister. In 1954 he was
given total control of Republic of Ghana and in 1960, Kwame Nkrumah won
Presidential election on the ticket and Presidential candidate for Convention
People Party (CPP) when Republic of Ghana stated multi-party democracy.
In 1966, His Excellency President Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana failed in handling corruption and managing the
economy, He also illegally put to force “Permanent Power Presidency” by stop all other political party and
Convention People Party (CPP) became the only political party, He believed in occultism and did not believe
existence of Lord God Almighty just like what the current Impeached President of Ghana, Mr John Mahama wanted
to do but His Excellency President Kwame Nkrumah went very far so He was ousted by Ghana Armed Forces and
was charged for embezzlement, mismanagement of government and corruption. His Excellency President Kwame
Nkrumah Declaration of Republic of Ghana Independence on the 6th

playwright than reality. “How was Republic of Ghana before 1957? And how have Republic of Ghana become
today? Before 6th
March 1957 Republic of Ghana Independence Declaration, Ghana had a lot of money, foreign
exchange, Cocoa or Cacao price was very good, the currency was Ghanaian Pounds (G£) etc. Mrs Elizabeth
Mountbatten (Formerly, Queen Elizabeth II) just came to handover power has it was planned, She was declared
Queen of United Kingdom as a caretaker in 2nd
June 1953after sixteen (16) month careful study of the matter of the
next monarch of United Kingdom after Her fathers death in 6th
February 1952. In 1951 His Excellency Kwame
Nkrumah was asked to form a Cabinet, and in 1952, he became Prime Minister, He declared Republic Ghana
Independence in 6th
March 1957. The problem of Republic of Ghana was not tyranny but just psychology of the
African mind set of Black Coloured Prime Minister. Mrs Elizabeth Mountbatten did not do anything new from the
planned program of the challenged of determining who was and is the Original Royals. Even the then President
Kwame Nkrumah government made a national designed fabric and other souvenir in honour of Mrs Elizabeth
Mountbatten (formerly, Queen Elizabeth II) in 1957 and President Jerry John Rawlings also did the same for her
in1992, not because she is a good Queen but for national friendliness. But in the case of United States of America it
was not planned program, it was a real tyranny, injustice, violation of Human Right of People etc of the then British

Parliament and Monarch especially England people particularly was a paramount step to contemporary Democracy.
Even when British Parliament accepted the Independence of United States of America in 1776 the British Monarch,
King George III said “No” and “No” to the United States of America Independence Declaration until 1783.

founding fathers of United States of America have to use Land ownership power to declare United States of
American Independence. It was not a joke or artificial ceremony but a real battle.
After reviewing, it is very important to rewrite the exact words of the United States of America Independence
Declaration that I, His Imperial Majesty Emperor Reuben Sackey I believe to be true in all material fact from the
Preamble, A Declaration of Right, A Bill of Indictment and Statement of Independence for the whole wide world to
review it true nature and its intellectual sense.
In United States of America Congress or Parliament House in July 4 1776. The unanimous Declaration of the
thirteen(13) Colonies of United States of America, The Preamble of the Declaration of Independence, it is as follows,
“When in the Course of human events, it become necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which
have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal
station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of
mankind require that they should declare the cause which impel them to the separation.”- This paragraph tells
why the Continental Congress drew up the Declaration. The members felt that when a people must break their ties
with the mother country and become independent, they should explain their reasons to the world.
The Declaration of Right of United States of America 1776 Declaration of Independence, it is as follows “We hold
these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with
certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”.- The signers of
the Declaration believed it was obvious that “all men” are created equal and have rights that cannot be taken away
from them. By “all men,” the signers meant people of every race and both sexes. The rights to “Life” included the
right to defend oneself against physical attack and against unjust government. The right to “Liberty” included the
right to criticize the government, to worship freely, and to form a government that protects liberty. The “pursuit of
Happiness” meant the right to own property and to have it safeguarded. It also meant the right to strive for good of all
people, not only for one’s personal happiness. That to secure these rights, Government are instated among Men,
deriving their just from the consent of the governed,- The Declaration states that governments exist to protect the
rights of the people. Government receive their power to rule only through agreement of the people. That whenever
any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish
it, and to institute a ne Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such
form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and according all
experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right
themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed, But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism,
it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to province new Guards for their future
security.- People may alter their government if it fails in its purpose. Or they may setup a new government. People
should not, however, make a revolutionary change in long-established governments for unimportant reasons. But they
have the right to overthrow a government that has committed many abuses and seeks complete control over the
people.
The Bill of Indictment of United States of America 1776 Independence Declaration, it is as follows, Such has been
the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their
former System of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a History of repeated
injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these State.
To prove this, let Fact be submitted to a candid world.- The Declaration states that the colonists could no longer
endure the abuses of their government and so must change it. It accuses King George III of inflecting the abuses to
gain total power the colonies. It then lists the charges against him. King George III did the following:
1. He has refuse his Assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.-All laws passed
by the colonial legislatures had to be sent to Britain for approval. George rejected many of the laws as harmful
to Britain or its empire.
2. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended
in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to
attend to them.- Royal governors could not approve any colonial law that did not have a clause suspending
its operation its operation until King approved the law. Yet it took much time, sometimes years, for laws to be
approved or rejected.
3. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large directs of people, unless those people
would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right in estimable to them and
formidable to tyrants only.-The royal government failed to redraw the boundaries of legislative districts so
that people in newly settled areas would be fairly represented in the legislatures.
4. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the
depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his
measures.-Royal governors sometimes had the members of colonial assemblies meet at inconvenient place.
5. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on
the rights of the people.- Royal governors often dissolved colonial assemblies for disobeying their orders or
for passing resolutions against the law.
6. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the
Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise;
the state remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and
convulsions within.-After dissolving colonial legislatures, royal governors sometime took a long time before
allowing new assemblies to be elected.
7. He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws
for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and
raising the condition of new Appropriation of Lands.- The colonies wanted immigrants to settle in
undeveloped lands in the West, For this reason, their laws made it easy for settlers to buy land and to becomes
citizens. But in 1763, King George III claimed the Western lands and began to reject most new naturalization
(citizenship) laws. In 1773, he prohibited the naturalization of foreigners. 1774. In 1774, he sharply raised the
purchase princes for the Western lands.
8. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing judicial
powers.-The North Carolina legislature passed a law setting up a court system. But Britain objected to a
clause in law, which the legislature refused to remove. As result, the colony had no court for several years.
9. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their office, and the amount and
payment of their salaries.- The royal government insisted that judge should serve as long as the king was
pleased with them and that they should be paid by him. The colonies felt that judges should serves only as
long as they proved to be competent and honest. They also wanted to pay the judges salaries.
10. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and
eat out their substance.-In 1767, Great Britain passed the Townshend Acts, which taxed various products
imported into the colonies. Britain also set up new agencies to enforce the laws and appointed tax
commissioners. The commissioners, in turn, hired a large number of agents to aid them in collecting the taxes.
11. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislature.-
British armies arrived in North America to fight the French in the French and Indian War (1754-1763). The
colonists after the war.
12. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to Civil power.-The British altered
the civil government in Massachusetts and named as governor General Thomas Gage, commander of Britain’s
military force in America.
13. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and
unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:- The Declaratory
Acts, passed by Britain in 1766, claimed that the king and Parliament had full authority to make laws for the
colonies. However, the Declaration of Independence maintained that the colonies own laws did not give the
British that authority.
14. For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:- They royal government passed various quartering
acts, which required the colonies to provide lodging and certain supplies to British troops stationed in
America.
15. For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murderers which they should commit
on the Inhabitants of these State:- In 1774, Britain passed the Impartial Administration of Justice Act.
Under this at, British soldiers’ official accused of murder while serving in Massachusetts could be tried in
Britain.
16. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the World:-Britain passed many laws to control colonial trade.
The Restraining Acts of 1775, for example severely limited the foreign trade that several colonies could
engage in. On act provided that American ship that violated the Law could be seized.
17. For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:-This charge referred to all taxes levied on the colonies by
the British, beginning with the Sugar Act of 1764.
18. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:-British naval courts, which had not juries,
dealt with smuggling and other violation of the trade laws.
19. For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offices:-This charge referred to a 1769
resolution by Parliament that colonists accused of treason could be sent to Britain for trial.
20. For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an
Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at one an example and fit
instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:- In 1774, Quebec Act provided for
French civil law and an appointed governor and council in the province of Quebec. The act also extended
Quebec’s borders south to the Ohio River.
21. For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the
Forms of our Governments:- The Massachusetts Government Act of 1774 drastically changed the
Massachusetts charter. It provided that councillors would no longer be elected but would be appointed by the
king. The act also restricted the holding of town meetings and gave the governor control over all lower court
judges.
22. For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us
in all cases whatsoever:- In 1767, Parliament passed an act suspending the New York Assembly for failing to
fulfil all the requirements of the Quartering Act of 1765.
23. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us:-
Early 1775, Britain authorized General Gage to use force if necessary to make the colonists obey the laws of
Parliament. The British fought the colonists at the battle of Lexington, Concord, and Bunker Hill. George
declared the colonies to be in revolt and stated they would be crushed.
24. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the live of our people.-
The British seized ships that violated the Restraining Act of December 1775. They also bombarded such
seaport towns as Falmouth (now Portland), Me.; Bristol, R.I.; and Norfolk, Va.
25. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death,
desolation an tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in
most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation:- The British used German
mercenaries (hired soldiers) to help fight the colonists.
26. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Sea to bear Arms against their
Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their
Hands.- The British forced American seamen on ship seized under the Restraining Act to join the British
navy.
27. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of
our frontier, the merciless Indian Savages, Whose know rule of warfare, is an undistinguished
destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.- On November 7, 1775, Virginia’s royal governor proclaimed
freedom for all black slaves who would join the British forces. British military plans including using Indians
to fight colonist in frontier areas.
A Statement of Independence of the 1776 Independence Declaration of United States of America is as follows, In
every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble term: Our repeated
Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every
act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. The Continental Congress had asked
the King to correct many abuses stated in the Declaration. These appeals were ignored or followed by even worse
abuses. Nor have We been wanting in attention to our British brethren, We have warned them from time to
time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded
them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice
and magnanimity, and w have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these
usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been
deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity, We must, therefore, acquiesce, in the necessity, which
denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace
Friends.- Congress had also appealed without success to the British people themselves. We, therefore, the
Representatives of the United State of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme
Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People
of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies; that they are Absolved from
all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great
Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to
levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things
which Independent States may of right do.- And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on
the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our
sacred Honour. Because all appeals had failed, the signers of the Declaration, as representatives of American
people, felt only one course of action remained; they thus declared the colonies independent, with all ties to

Volume U page 67) 1776 Independence Declaration of United States of America is what I called real
Independence Declaration not that of 1957 of Republic of Ghana.

Royal Atuakofiland of Ghana Duchy have two Royal Stools names the Persia Kingdom, Kayireku Stool (Lion) and Egypt Kingdom, Mamponma (Country Title Giver) Stool, meaning Egypt Kingdom is Lord of Crowns, (Eagle). Royal Atuakofiland of Ghana was formerly called Gold Coast and latter Republic of Ghana was not and have never been a Slave Coast but the seat of the Emperor of Ghana (Africa or Egypt) and Songhai (Persia or Asia) Empire, neither Republic of Ivory Coast also known as République de Côte d’Ivoire in French was a Slave Coast nor Republic of Liberia which formerly called Grain Coast. The Slave Coast was rather Republic of Togo and Republic of Nigeria. (1994, Wold Book Encyclopedia, International Edition, Volume B, pages 387 and Volume H, pages 224, 225 and 226) There has always been confusion between the Royal House of Stuart and other people claiming to be royals in Brittan and Europe and other part of the World. Kwame Nkrumah after He retuned in 1940’s to Republic of Ghana, He was allowed to lead Ghanaians and keep small power of government, In 1951 He was asked to form a Cabinet, and in 1952, he became Prime Minister. In 1954 he was given total control of Republic of Ghana and in 1960, Kwame Nkrumah won Presidential election on the ticket and Presidential candidate for Convention People Party (CPP) when Republic of Ghana stated multi-party democracy. In 1966, His Excellency President Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana failed in handling corruption and managing the economy, He also illegally put to force “Permanent Power Presidency” by stop all other political party and Convention People Party (CPP) became the only political party, He believed in occultism and did not believe existence of Lord God Almighty just like what the current Impeached President of Ghana, Mr John Mahama wanted to do but His Excellency President Kwame Nkrumah went very far so He was ousted by Ghana Armed Forces and was charged for embezzlement, mismanagement of government and corruption. His Excellency President Kwame Nkrumah Declaration of Republic of Ghana Independence on the 6th March 1957 before was just more of a playwright than reality. “How was Republic of Ghana before 1957? And how have Republic of Ghana become today? Before 6th March 1957 Republic of Ghana Independence Declaration, Ghana had a lot of money, foreign exchange, Cocoa or Cacao price was very good, the currency was Ghanaian Pounds (G£) etc. Mrs Elizabeth Mountbatten (Formerly, Queen Elizabeth II) just came to handover power has it was planned, She was declared Queen of United Kingdom as a caretaker in 2nd June 1953after sixteen (16) month careful study of the matter of the next monarch of United Kingdom after Her fathers death in 6th February 1952. In 1951 His Excellency Kwame Nkrumah was asked to form a Cabinet, and in 1952, he became Prime Minister, He declared Republic Ghana Independence in 6th March 1957. The problem of Republic of Ghana was not tyranny but just psychology of the African mind set of Black Coloured Prime Minister. Mrs Elizabeth Mountbatten did not do anything new from the planned program of the challenged of determining who was and is the Original Royals. Even the then President Kwame Nkrumah government made a national designed fabric and other souvenir in honour of Mrs Elizabeth Mountbatten (formerly, Queen Elizabeth II) in 1957 and President Jerry John Rawlings also did the same for her in1992, not because she is a good Queen but for national friendliness. But in the case of United States of America it was not planned program, it was a real tyranny, injustice, violation of Human Right of People etc of the then British Monarchs, King George I, King George II, King George III. (1994, Wold Book Encyclopedia, International Edition, Volume E, pages 240 and Volume D, pages 76, 77, 78 and 79) Today United States of America Declaration of Independence in 4th July and 2nd August 1776 from the British Parliament and Monarch especially England people particularly was a paramount step to contemporary Democracy. Even when British Parliament accepted the Independence of United States of America in 1776 the British Monarch, King George III said “No” and “No” to the United States of America Independence Declaration until 1783. It was not a joke or artificial ceremony but a real battle. After reviewing, it is very important to rewrite the exact words of the United States of America Independence Declaration that I, His Imperial Majesty Emperor Reuben Sackey I believe to be true in all material fact from the Preamble, A Declaration of Right, A Bill of Indictment and Statement of Independence for the whole wide world to review it true nature and its intellectual sense. In United States of America Congress or Parliament House in July 4 1776. The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen(13) Colonies of United States of America, The Preamble of the Declaration of Independence, it is as follows, “When in the Course of human events, it become necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind require that they should declare the cause which impel them to the separation.”- This paragraph tells why the Continental Congress drew up the Declaration. The members felt that when a people must break their ties with the mother country and become independent, they should explain their reasons to the world. The Declaration of Right of United States of America 1776 Declaration of Independence, it is as follows “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”.- The signers of the Declaration believed it was obvious that “all men” are created equal and have rights that cannot be taken away from them. By “all men,” the signers meant people of every race and both sexes. The rights to “Life” included the right to defend oneself against physical attack and against unjust government. The right to “Liberty” included the right to criticize the government, to worship freely, and to form a government that protects liberty. The “pursuit of Happiness” meant the right to own property and to have it safeguarded. It also meant the right to strive for good of all people, not only for one’s personal happiness. That to secure these rights, Government are instated among Men, deriving their just from the consent of the governed,- The Declaration states that governments exist to protect the rights of the people. Government receive their power to rule only through agreement of the people. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a ne Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and according all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed, But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to province new Guards for their future security.- People may alter their government if it fails in its purpose. Or they may setup a new government. People should not, however, make a revolutionary change in long-established governments for unimportant reasons. But they have the right to overthrow a government that has committed many abuses and seeks complete control over the people. The Bill of Indictment of United States of America 1776 Independence Declaration, it is as follows, Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their

The history of the present King of Great Britain is a History of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these State. To prove this, let Fact be submitted to a candid world.- The Declaration states that the colonists could no longer endure the abuses of their government and so must change it. It accuses King George III of inflecting the abuses to gain total power the colonies. It then lists the charges against him. King George III did the following: 1. He has refuse his Assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.-All laws passed by the colonial legislatures had to be sent to Britain for approval. George rejected many of the laws as harmful to Britain or its empire. 2. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.- Royal governors could not approve any colonial law that did not have a clause suspending its operation its operation until King approved the law. Yet it took much time, sometimes years, for laws to be approved or rejected. 3. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large directs of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right in estimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.-The royal government failed to redraw the boundaries of legislative districts so that people in newly settled areas would be fairly represented in the legislatures. 4. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.-Royal governors sometimes had the members of colonial assemblies meet at inconvenient place. 5. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.- Royal governors often dissolved colonial assemblies for disobeying their orders or for passing resolutions against the law. 6. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.-After dissolving colonial legislatures, royal governors sometime took a long time before allowing new assemblies to be elected. 7. He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the condition of new Appropriation of Lands.- The colonies wanted immigrants to settle in undeveloped lands in the West, For this reason, their laws made it easy for settlers to buy land and to becomes citizens. But in 1763, King George III claimed the Western lands and began to reject most new naturalization (citizenship) laws. In 1773, he prohibited the naturalization of foreigners. 1774. In 1774, he sharply raised the purchase princes for the Western lands. 8. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing judicial powers.-The North Carolina legislature passed a law setting up a court system. But Britain objected to a clause in law, which the legislature refused to remove. As result, the colony had no court for several years. 9. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their office, and the amount and payment of their salaries.- The royal government insisted that judge should serve as long as the king was pleased with them and that they should be paid by him. The colonies felt that judges should serves only as long as they proved to be competent and honest. They also wanted to pay the judges salaries. 10. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.-In 1767, Great Britain passed the Townshend Acts, which taxed various products imported into the colonies. Britain also set up new agencies to enforce the laws and appointed tax commissioners. The commissioners, in turn, hired a large number of agents to aid them in collecting the taxes.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislature.- British armies arrived in North America to fight the French in the French and Indian War (1754-1763). The colonists after the war. 12. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to Civil power.-The British altered the civil government in Massachusetts and named as governor General Thomas Gage, commander of Britain’s military force in America. 13. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:- The Declaratory Acts, passed by Britain in 1766, claimed that the king and Parliament had full authority to make laws for the colonies. However, the Declaration of Independence maintained that the colonies own laws did not give the British that authority. 14. For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:- They royal government passed various quartering acts, which required the colonies to provide lodging and certain supplies to British troops stationed in America. 15. For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murderers which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these State:- In 1774, Britain passed the Impartial Administration of Justice Act. Under this at, British soldiers’ official accused of murder while serving in Massachusetts could be tried in Britain. 16. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the World:-Britain passed many laws to control colonial trade. The Restraining Acts of 1775, for example severely limited the foreign trade that several colonies could engage in. On act provided that American ship that violated the Law could be seized. 17. For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:-This charge referred to all taxes levied on the colonies by the British, beginning with the Sugar Act of 1764. 18. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:-British naval courts, which had not juries, dealt with smuggling and other violation of the trade laws. 19. For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offices:-This charge referred to a 1769 resolution by Parliament that colonists accused of treason could be sent to Britain for trial. 20. For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at one an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:- In 1774, Quebec Act provided for French civil law and an appointed governor and council in the province of Quebec. The act also extended Quebec’s borders south to the Ohio River. 21. For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:- The Massachusetts Government Act of 1774 drastically changed the Massachusetts charter. It provided that councillors would no longer be elected but would be appointed by the king. The act also restricted the holding of town meetings and gave the governor control over all lower court judges. 22. For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever:- In 1767, Parliament passed an act suspending the New York Assembly for failing to fulfil all the requirements of the Quartering Act of 1765. 23. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us:- Early 1775, Britain authorized General Gage to use force if necessary to make the colonists obey the laws of Parliament. The British fought the colonists at the battle of Lexington, Concord, and Bunker Hill. George declared the colonies to be in revolt and stated they would be crushed.
  • 6. 24. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the live of our people.- The British seized ships that violated the Restraining Act of December 1775. They also bombarded such seaport towns as Falmouth (now Portland), Me.; Bristol, R.I.; and Norfolk, Va. 25. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation an tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation:- The British used German mercenaries (hired soldiers) to help fight the colonists. 26. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Sea to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.- The British forced American seamen on ship seized under the Restraining Act to join the British navy. 27. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontier, the merciless Indian Savages, Whose know rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.- On November 7, 1775, Virginia’s royal governor proclaimed freedom for all black slaves who would join the British forces. British military plans including using Indians to fight colonist in frontier areas. A Statement of Independence of the 1776 Independence Declaration of United States of America is as follows, In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble term: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. The Continental Congress had asked the King to correct many abuses stated in the Declaration. These appeals were ignored or followed by even worse abuses. Nor have We been wanting in attention to our British brethren, We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and w have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity, We must, therefore, acquiesce, in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.- Congress had also appealed without success to the British people themselves. We, therefore, the Representatives of the United State of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.- And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honour. Because all appeals had failed, the signers of the Declaration, as representatives of American people, felt only one course of action remained; they thus declared the colonies independent, with all ties to Britain ended.
