The River Barrow flows through several Irish counties before emptying into Waterford Harbour. It is part of the Three Sisters rivers along with the Nore and Suir, though at 192 km, the Barrow is the longest of the three. Originating in Glenbarrow, County Laois, the river passes through Laois, Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford and Waterford before reaching its mouth in the Celtic Sea.
