Challenge," a week-long process designed to
empower creative service-based business owners
like you to create lasting change and achieve
the results you desire.
By the time you’re done, you’ll be more in-
touch with your own REALNESS and you’ll have
created a tangible shift towards a better
future.
Throughout this challenge, you will follow a
step-by-step roadmap that will guide you
through each stage of transformation.
You’re about to unlock your full potential,
overcome obstacles, and experience profound
shifts in your life and business so get ready.

Today, we'll explore the power of REAL
transformation and how it can propel you towards
the life and business you envision. Get ready to
embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
Let's dive in!
Transformation is a catalyst for growth, enabling
you to reach new heights in your personal and
professional life. By embracing change and
harnessing the power of transformation, you can
unlock your full potential and create the life and
business you desire.
This whole process is all about how transformation
is about moving towards more REALNESS (or
WHOLENESS) in our lives and businesses.

Day 1:
Understanding
the Power of
Transformation
Exercise 1: The
Benefits of REAL
Transformation

Take a few moments to reflect on the potential
benefits of embracing transformation in your
life and business.
Grab a pen and paper or open a document on
your computer. Write down at least five
potential benefits that you believe
transformation can bring you.
Consider how REALNESS can positively impact
your mindset, relationships, business success,
personal fulfilment, and overall well-being.
What would you change about your current
reality? How is being UNREAL with yourself
holding you back?
Exercise 2: Your
Vision of
Transformation

Close your eyes and visualise the transformed
version of yourself and your business. How
does it feel? How do you look? What are you
doing differently?
Take a few minutes to immerse yourself in this
vision. Then, write a paragraph or create a
vision board that vividly describes or depicts
this transformed version of yourself and your
business.
Keep coming back to this paragraph or vision
board as you go through this process!
Exercise 3:
Reflecting on Your
Why

Reflect on why transformation is important to
you. What motivates you to seek change and
growth? What are the driving forces behind
your desire for transformation?
Write a journal entry or a letter to yourself,
articulating your personal why. Be honest and
dig deep to uncover the core reasons that fuel
your transformational journey.
Remember, REAL transformation is a powerful
force that can lead to profound shifts in your
life and business. By understanding its
significance and embracing its potential, you
are taking the first step towards creating
lasting change.
A clear and compelling vision serves as a
guiding light on your transformational
journey.
It gives you a sense of purpose and direction,
and it becomes the foundation for the changes
you want to create in your life and business.
Today, we'll focus on clarifying your vision,
empowering you to take decisive steps towards
the future you desire.
In order to create the life and business you
envision, it's essential to have a clear
picture of what that looks like. By gaining
clarity and setting powerful intentions,
you'll align your thoughts, actions, and
energy with your desired outcomes.
Get ready to dive deep, dream big, and bring
your vision to life!

Clarifying Your
Vision
Exercise 1: Ideal
Future
Visualisation

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can
relax and be free from distractions. Close your eyes
and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself. Now,
visualise your ideal future specifically in the
context of your life and business.
Imagine yourself a few years from now, having
achieved remarkable success and fulfilment. Visualise
the details of this ideal future—what are you doing,
who are you serving, what impact are you making?
Engage all your senses to make the visualisation
vivid and compelling. Stay in this visualization for
a few minutes, fully immersing yourself in the
experience. Afterward, take a moment to journal about
the emotions, thoughts, and insights that arose
during the visualisation. Capture the essence of your
ideal future and the profound impact it has on you
and those you serve.
By focusing on a visualisation exercise that
specifically centres around your ideal future, you
can gain a fresh perspective and uncover deeper
insights about what you truly desire for your life
and business.
Exercise 2: Core
Values and Beliefs

Now we’re going to reflect on your core
values and beliefs. What principles do
you hold dear? What do you believe in?
Identify your core values and write them
down. These values will act as the
foundation for your transformational
journey, guiding your decisions and
actions along the way.
Here are my core values as an example:
Truth, Freedom, Creativity, Health, &
Humour
See the next page for some questions to
help you figure out yours:

When do you feel most
aligned and fulfilled in
your personal and
professional life?

Consider the values that you
hold dear and guide your
decisions and actions.
Examples: integrity,
authenticity, compassion,
growth, creativity,
fairness.
What principles or
qualities do you
prioritise in your life
and business?
Reflect on moments when you
feel a deep sense of
satisfaction and purpose.
What values were at play
here?
Examples: connection,
service, innovation, freedom,
learning.
What are some non-
negotiables in how you
operate and engage with
others?
Think about the standards or
boundaries you set for
yourself and the values that
underpin them. How do you
expect others to treat you?
Examples: respect, honesty,
collaboration,
accountability, excellence.
Try to narrow this down to your ‘Top 5’ core values – they will serve
as a compass towards your REALNESS as you move forward down this
transformational path.

Powerful
Intentions

Based on your vision and core values,
set powerful intentions for your
transformational journey.
Intentions more powerful than mere
desires because they are more deeply
rooted in your inner world – they’re
like guideposts that align your
thoughts, actions, and energy with your
envisioned outcomes.
Write down three major intentions in the
areas of both your LIFE and BUSINESS
(there may be some overlap and that’s
fine).

Limiting beliefs can act as
invisible barriers,
preventing you from
achieving your goals and
living up to your true
potential.
Today, we'll shine a light
on these beliefs, challenge
their validity, and replace
them with empowering
thoughts that support your
transformational journey.

Limiting Beliefs
Exercise 1:
Identifying
Limiting Beliefs

Take a moment to reflect on any beliefs
that you hold about yourself, your
abilities, or your business that may be
limiting your progress.
Write down three beliefs that you feel
have been holding you back. These
beliefs could be related to your
worthiness, capabilities, opportunities,
or any other aspect that feels
restrictive.
Here are some examples of common
limiting beliefs that I’ve noticed many
of my coaching clients have around life
and business (next page):

"I'm not worthy of love and happiness."
"I always fail at everything I do."
"I'm not smart enough to pursue my dreams."
"I don't deserve success and abundance."
"I'm not talented or creative enough."
"I'm too old/young to make significant changes."
"I'm afraid of taking risks; I should play it safe."
"I'm not qualified enough to offer my services."
"I'll never be able to attract enough clients."
"I can't raise my prices; clients won't pay that much."
"I'll never have enough time to grow my business."
"I'll always be stuck in a cycle of feast or famine."
"I don't have the resources or connections to succeed."
"I'm not good at sales and marketing; I'll never be
successful."
Pro tip: You’ll notice that a lot of these beliefs are built around words like “should”, “never”,
“enough” and “always”. These are almost always keys to seeing that we’ve picked up something unreal
and internalised it.
Exercise 2:
Challenging
Limiting Beliefs

Once you've identified your limiting beliefs,
it's time to challenge their validity. For
each belief, ask yourself the following
questions:
Is this belief based on factual evidence or is
it a perception or assumption?
How does this belief limit my progress and
potential?
What would be possible if I let go of this
belief and adopted a more empowering
perspective?
You will find that in 99% of cases, the belief
belongs to your EGO (conditioned self-image)
more than it does your REALNESS.
Exercise 3:
Embracing
REALNESS

Replace your limiting beliefs with empowering
affirmations that support your transformational
journey.
Choose one of your identified limiting beliefs and
create an acknowledgement of your realness that
counteracts it.
For example, if your belief is "I'm not good enough,"
you are judging yourself based on some unreal
standards (because in reality you are always good
enough) and so an empowering acknowledgement of
REALNESS could be "I am worthy of success and capable
of achieving my goals."
Write down at least three empowering acknowledgements
of realness and remind yourself of them daily to
reinforce your new mindset.
Remember, by identifying and challenging your
limiting beliefs, you take a significant step towards
creating lasting change in your life and business.
This is a FACT.
Setting meaningful goals
is a powerful way to
direct your energy and
efforts toward your real
intentions for your life
and business.
Today, we'll explore the
process of goal setting
and create a roadmap that
will guide your
transformational journey.
These are simple
exercises but if you do
them and stick to it you
will get results.

Day 4: Goal
Setting for
Transformation
Exercise 1: Vision-
Driven Goals

Refer to the vision you clarified earlier in
the challenge.
Identify three significant goals that align
with your vision and reflect the
transformation you desire to achieve in your
life and business. Ensure that these goals are
specific, measurable, attainable, relevant,
and time-bound (SMART goals).
(You will probably have more than three goals
in the long-term but by starting with a few
high-impact ones know you can make progress
fast and not overwhelm yourself).

Breaking Down
Goals into
Actionable Steps

Take each of the three goals you
identified and break them down into
smaller, actionable steps.
These steps will serve as milestones on
your transformational journey towards
REALNESS.
Write down at least three actionable
steps for each goal, outlining what
needs to be done to move closer to
achieving them.
Exercise 3:
Accountability and
Tracking

Establish accountability measures to
ensure you stay on track with your goals.
Consider sharing your goals with an
accountability partner, coach (book a call
on my website), or supportive community.
Additionally, create a tracking system to
monitor your progress regularly. This can
be a journal, a digital tracking tool, or
any method that works best for you.
Accountability is one of the biggest game-
changers for people (based on what I’ve
seen with the coaching relationships I’ve
facilitated). Find an accountability
system that works for you!

By the time you’re done, you’ll be more in- touch with your own REALNESS and you’ll have created a tangible shift towards a better future. Throughout this challenge, you will follow a step-by-step roadmap that will guide you through each stage of transformation. You’re about to unlock your full potential, overcome obstacles, and experience profound shifts in your life and business so get ready.   • 6. Exercise 1: The Benefits of REAL Transformation 6 Take a few moments to reflect on the potential benefits of embracing transformation in your life and business. Grab a pen and paper or open a document on your computer. Write down at least five potential benefits that you believe transformation can bring you. Consider how REALNESS can positively impact your mindset, relationships, business success, personal fulfilment, and overall well-being. What would you change about your current reality? How is being UNREAL with yourself holding you back?
  • 7. Exercise 2: Your Vision of Transformation 7 Close your eyes and visualise the transformed version of yourself and your business. How does it feel? How do you look? What are you doing differently? Take a few minutes to immerse yourself in this vision. Then, write a paragraph or create a vision board that vividly describes or depicts this transformed version of yourself and your business. Keep coming back to this paragraph or vision board as you go through this process!
  • 8. Exercise 3: Reflecting on Your Why 8 Reflect on why transformation is important to you. What motivates you to seek change and growth? What are the driving forces behind your desire for transformation? Write a journal entry or a letter to yourself, articulating your personal why. Be honest and dig deep to uncover the core reasons that fuel your transformational journey. Remember, REAL transformation is a powerful force that can lead to profound shifts in your life and business. By understanding its significance and embracing its potential, you are taking the first step towards creating lasting change.
  • 9. A clear and compelling vision serves as a guiding light on your transformational journey. It gives you a sense of purpose and direction, and it becomes the foundation for the changes you want to create in your life and business. Today, we'll focus on clarifying your vision, empowering you to take decisive steps towards the future you desire. In order to create the life and business you envision, it's essential to have a clear picture of what that looks like. By gaining clarity and setting powerful intentions, you'll align your thoughts, actions, and energy with your desired outcomes.   • 10. Exercise 1: Ideal Future Visualisation 10 Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and be free from distractions. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself. Now, visualise your ideal future specifically in the context of your life and business. Imagine yourself a few years from now, having achieved remarkable success and fulfilment. Visualise the details of this ideal future—what are you doing, who are you serving, what impact are you making? Engage all your senses to make the visualisation vivid and compelling. Stay in this visualization for a few minutes, fully immersing yourself in the experience. Afterward, take a moment to journal about the emotions, thoughts, and insights that arose during the visualisation. Capture the essence of your ideal future and the profound impact it has on you and those you serve. By focusing on a visualisation exercise that specifically centres around your ideal future, you can gain a fresh perspective and uncover deeper insights about what you truly desire for your life and business.
  • 11. Exercise 2: Core Values and Beliefs 11 Now we’re going to reflect on your core values and beliefs. What principles do you hold dear? What do you believe in? Identify your core values and write them down. These values will act as the foundation for your transformational journey, guiding your decisions and actions along the way. Here are my core values as an example: Truth, Freedom, Creativity, Health, & Humour See the next page for some questions to help you figure out yours:

Values Elicitation Questions When do you feel most aligned and fulfilled in your personal and professional life? olianderson.co.uk 12 Consider the values that you hold dear and guide your decisions and actions. Examples: integrity, authenticity, compassion, growth, creativity, fairness. What principles or qualities do you prioritise in your life and business? Reflect on moments when you feel a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose. What values were at play here? Examples: connection, service, innovation, freedom, learning. What are some non- negotiables in how you operate and engage with others? Think about the standards or boundaries you set for yourself and the values that underpin them. How do you expect others to treat you? Examples: respect, honesty, collaboration, accountability, excellence. Try to narrow this down to your ‘Top 5’ core values – they will serve as a compass towards your REALNESS as you move forward down this transformational path.
  • 13. Exercise 3: Set Powerful Intentions 13 Based on your vision and core values, set powerful intentions for your transformational journey. Intentions more powerful than mere desires because they are more deeply rooted in your inner world – they’re like guideposts that align your thoughts, actions, and energy with your envisioned outcomes. Write down three major intentions in the areas of both your LIFE and BUSINESS (there may be some overlap and that’s fine).
  • 14. Welcome to Day 3 of "The REALNESS Transformation Challenge"! Limiting beliefs can act as invisible barriers, preventing you from achieving your goals and living up to your true potential. Today, we'll shine a light on these beliefs, challenge their validity, and replace them with empowering thoughts that support your transformational journey. olianderson.co.uk 14 Day 3: Identifying Limiting Beliefs
  • 15. Exercise 1: Identifying Limiting Beliefs 15 Take a moment to reflect on any beliefs that you hold about yourself, your abilities, or your business that may be limiting your progress. Write down three beliefs that you feel have been holding you back. These beliefs could be related to your worthiness, capabilities, opportunities, or any other aspect that feels restrictive. Here are some examples of common limiting beliefs that I’ve noticed many of my coaching clients have around life and business (next page):

"I'm not smart enough to pursue my dreams." "I don't deserve success and abundance." "I'm not talented or creative enough." "I'm too old/young to make significant changes." "I'm afraid of taking risks; I should play it safe." "I'm not qualified enough to offer my services." "I'll never be able to attract enough clients." "I can't raise my prices; clients won't pay that much." "I'll never have enough time to grow my business." "I'll always be stuck in a cycle of feast or famine." "I don't have the resources or connections to succeed." "I'm not good at sales and marketing; I'll never be successful." Pro tip: You’ll notice that a lot of these beliefs are built around words like “should”, “never”, “enough” and “always”. These are almost always keys to seeing that we’ve picked up something unreal and internalised it.
  • 17. Exercise 2: Challenging Limiting Beliefs 17 Once you've identified your limiting beliefs, it's time to challenge their validity. For each belief, ask yourself the following questions: Is this belief based on factual evidence or is it a perception or assumption? How does this belief limit my progress and potential? What would be possible if I let go of this belief and adopted a more empowering perspective? You will find that in 99% of cases, the belief belongs to your EGO (conditioned self-image) more than it does your REALNESS.
  • 18. Exercise 3: Embracing REALNESS 18 Replace your limiting beliefs with empowering affirmations that support your transformational journey. Choose one of your identified limiting beliefs and create an acknowledgement of your realness that counteracts it. For example, if your belief is "I'm not good enough," you are judging yourself based on some unreal standards (because in reality you are always good enough) and so an empowering acknowledgement of REALNESS could be "I am worthy of success and capable of achieving my goals." Write down at least three empowering acknowledgements of realness and remind yourself of them daily to reinforce your new mindset. Remember, by identifying and challenging your limiting beliefs, you take a significant step towards creating lasting change in your life and business. This is a FACT.
  • 19. Setting meaningful goals is a powerful way to direct your energy and efforts toward your real intentions for your life and business. Today, we'll explore the process of goal setting and create a roadmap that will guide your transformational journey. These are simple exercises but if you do them and stick to it you will get results. olianderson.co.uk 19 Day 4: Goal Setting for Transformation
  • 20. Exercise 1: Vision- Driven Goals 20 Refer to the vision you clarified earlier in the challenge. Identify three significant goals that align with your vision and reflect the transformation you desire to achieve in your life and business. Ensure that these goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART goals). (You will probably have more than three goals in the long-term but by starting with a few high-impact ones know you can make progress fast and not overwhelm yourself).
  • 21. Exercise 2: Breaking Down Goals into Actionable Steps 21 Take each of the three goals you identified and break them down into smaller, actionable steps. These steps will serve as milestones on your transformational journey towards REALNESS. Write down at least three actionable steps for each goal, outlining what needs to be done to move closer to achieving them.
  • 22. Exercise 3: Accountability and Tracking 22 Establish accountability measures to ensure you stay on track with your goals. Consider sharing your goals with an accountability partner, coach (book a call on my website), or supportive community. Additionally, create a tracking system to monitor your progress regularly. This can be a journal, a digital tracking tool, or any method that works best for you. Accountability is one of the biggest game- changers for people (based on what I’ve seen with the coaching relationships I’ve facilitated). Find an accountability system that works for you!
