Sai Kung Stray Friends
Our Plan
Area of Study
Our area of study was on helping conserving
animals. we thought this would be a good area
to study because we had all decided as a group
that animal abuse was a serious problem
around the world and we thought we should
find a small local charity and support them
instead of a large charity with many donors.
Project Focus
Our main focus on the charity is to help save
these dogs by raising awareness and also
doing small but helpful chores like walking and
feeding the dogs. We thought this was a good
focus because if you donate money, you
cannot follow on afterwards whereas you can
keep on volunteering.
Audience
Our audience are the population of Hong Kong, especially
Island school students and residents in Sai Kung. Although
these are our priorities we would still like to extend our
reaches and try and catch the attention of the everyone.
There are many wealthy people in Hong Kong so we
believe if we can persuade them, they good donate money.
Of course we would prefer the people in Sai Kung to come
down and donate because that would really help
awareness and support the charity greatly.
Cross-Cultural
We think this is a very multi-cultural charity
because anyone of any race, religion,
background or wealth can join support these
jobs.
