Situation
The Netherlands is a small
country with 16.4 millions of
habitants. Has got 41.526
km² . It is situated in the
Northwest of Europe.
Bordering the Netherlands are
Germany in the East, Belgium
in the South and the North Sea
in the North and West. The
capital of The Netherlands is
Amsterdam. The language of
The Netherlands is Dutch.
Monarchy
 The actual Queen of the
Netherlands is Beatrix
Wilhelmina. She have been the
queen of the Netherlands since
 29 April 1980. She was born
on 31st January 1938 in
Baarm. she lives in the
Noordeinde and
Huis ten Bosch palaces.
Economy
It is the sixth country that
more exports to other
countries. The active
population are form by 6.8
millions of mens and womens.
More of the 64% of the active
population works in services
and the rest in the industry and
in the agriculture.
Climate
The temperatures are soft by
the presence of the sea. The
coldest month is January, with
one medium temperature of 2º.
The hottest month is July, with
one medium temperature of
15º. In occasions, the
temperature of the Netherlands
can fall down to 20º and can
up to 35º. In this country, more
than 200 days in a year, rains
