1) The author has to wake up very early, around 3 AM, to catch a flight from their home to Barcelona airport that departs at 7 AM, as the trip takes about an hour. 2) Upon arriving in Amsterdam, the author finds it to be very cold but sees some of the city before getting a hot chocolate. 3) Over the course of several days, the author's class searches for refugee recipes, shops to prepare the foods, cooks traditional dishes from different refugee countries, watches a film and creates a presentation about a former concentration camp, visits the camp, explores the local town of Schijndel, and goes to the amusement park Efteling.

I have to get up at 3 o’clock in the moring becouse it
takes 1 hour from my house to Barcelona airport. I have
to be at the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning the plane

And we make a collaborative roleplay with a
drama teacher

We work togheter in mixed grouops on the
Amnestry International project
We visit Camp Vught

We explore Schijndel
We speak about Ministry of Safety and Justice
on Migration
