5. - วิธีการใช้งานเริ่มจากการ Add Computer หรือ IP Address ของเครื่อง User ที่เราต้องการ Monitor คลิกที่ File > Add Computer กรอกชื่อเครื่อง หรือ IP
6. - ฟังก์ชั่น Remote Screens คือ เราสามารถ Remote เข้าไปยังหาจอ User ได้โดยคลิกที่ Menu ของเครื่อง User ตรงที่ลูกศรชี้ แล้วก็เลือกการใช้ Remote
7. - ฟังก์ชั่น Show Message/Block Computers คือ เราสามารถแสดงข้อความไปยังเครื่อง User ได้โดยที่พิมพ์ข้อความลงในกรอบสีน้ำเงิน และยังเลือกได้อีกว่าจะส่งไปให้กับ User คนไหน ในส่วนนี้ยังสามารถ Block Computer ได้อีกด้วย กดปุ่มตรงหมายเลข 1 ชี้ 1
8. - ฟังก์ชั่น Desktop Recorder คือ เราสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลการใช้งานบนหน้าจอของ User และตั้งค่าต่างในการบันทึกเช่น วัน เวลา ความละเอียดของสี จำกัดพื้นที่จัดเก็บได้ และยังสามารถเลือกบันทึก User ได้อีกด้วย
