This document discusses the power of micro-scripts for communication and word-of-mouth marketing. It introduces three big rules: 1) What people want to repeat is more important than what they hear, 2) People are most likely to repeat concise messages called micro-scripts, and 3) Effective micro-scripts support a dominant selling idea. Several famous micro-scripts are provided as examples, and it is suggested that understanding micro-scripts can help one gain communication power in today's connected world.
