1. The Hiring Process
Phase 1 of Candidate Screening:
• Applicants are short-listed based on qualifications
• Interviews are completed by the Hiring Manager
• Reference checks are done
• The Hiring Manager contacts Human Resources to
let them know who they would like to move on to
the next phase of the hiring process
2. The Hiring Process continued…
Phase 2 of Candidate Screening:
Candidate completes an on-line orientation
package which includes:
• Review the Mission, Vision, Culture, and
Philosophy
• Review policies and sign off on the Onboarding
Policy Review Checklist
• Complete the Mandatory Training Exam
• Complete required documentation and return it to
Human Resources
3. The Hiring Process continued…
Phase 3 of Candidate Screening:
• Documentation will be reviewed by Human
Resources
• Introductory Observation Shifts are completed for
certain positions
Congratulations, we would like you to
join the Ranch Ehrlo Society team!...So
what’s next?
• You will be presented with a formal letter of offer
and be invited to meet with Human Resources for a
New Employee Orientation and to complete new hire
documentation
4. The Hiring Process continued…
As an Employee of the Ranch Ehrlo Society…
• You will be assigned to a specific department or
program which helps:
• Build and manage relationships and support
• Create greater levels of consistency and routines
• Ensure all new employees can receive the necessary
training and support on a formal and consistent basis
• You will be invited to attend staff meetings
• Team Meetings occur on a regular basis and Individual
Supervisions occur in some programs for certain
positions
