Mission Statement
In line with the improvement of living standard and Economy Growth, cars
are becoming more common and necessary for living. Like other
machines, cars need to be repaired and maintained after certain time using
it. Generally, we all want our vehicles to be stable to serve us effectively;
otherwise it can annoy owners with unexpected breakdowns. Understand
these problems, we are born to address the issue and make the users
happy. With the understanding of how the owners would feel when their
cars have problems, we can make them fell dependable to our shop by
offering top preparing and maintenance service. Moreover, we will have a
nice environment for our customers while waiting for their cars getting
repaired by building a waiting room with entertainment gadgets and
relaxing atmosphere which will psychologically result in a shorter time of
waiting and make them feel comfortable whenever they come to the shop.
Our customers can range from the age of 30 – 70 who have cars and male
customers will account for the most part. Our target market is customers
live nearby and in the city in the short run and will be expanded to some
surrounding cities in the long run. “Let’s us protect and prepare your trips”.

How to solve the problem?
 Doing marketing campaign
 Once customers know and come to the shop, after using our
service, we will give them car accessories which have our logo
on it and stick our logo on the back of their vehicles to public our
shop when they’re driving on the street
 Hire mechanics who have worked for a long time (10- 20
years) to draw customers from the shop which they are working
for.
 Offer them a very good service with reasonable price in order to
make them feel happy and willing to tell their friends about our
shop, we will have a chance to get them come in ( because
word-of-mouth marketing strategy in this field is the most
effective way)
 Establish the shop website, an account on Facebook and an
online shop in some popular car forums

Toward our Customers
Perform high quality repair service at a reasonable price ( not an
overprice )
Use only proven merchandise of high quality distributed by reputable
firms.
To employ the best skilled technicians obtainable.
Have a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to
the customer which of these are required to correct existing
problems and which are for preventive maintenance.
Toward our employees
 Employees required wearing special helmets and gloves during
their work to prevent any injuries
 Employees will have general healthcare checking every 6 months
 All machine and devices have to meet the safety standard to
ensure employees’ safety
Toward Community
• The shop will be built properly to make
sure it won’t create noise pollution to the
people surrounding
• Oils, chemicals, paints, solvents will be
stored properly and will not allow spills to
escape to the surrounding area
• Regularly check the containers of special
substances to make sure it’s not leaking
Toward Natural Environment
•  Ensure that the shop won’t do anything that harm the natural
environment such as:
• Make sure special chemicals and substances can’t escape to the
environment
•  Use a liquid waste contractor to dispose of spent chemicals and
other liquid waste. Won’t put liquid waste, such as oily rags or filters
into the waste bins
•  Separate different kinds of waste for easy collection and recycling
•  Extract and recycle refrigerants from air-conditioning systems and
dispose of item legally. They won’t be released to the atmosphere
•  Never modify or tamper with vehicle emission system
• In addition, the shop will plant tree surrounding the area to create
shade and clean the environment. The used water will be clean and
re-used to make the most of the natural resources.
