[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Work life: Under the  microscope The PlayQuotient is a composite score that is made up of employee evaluation of different work life-related criteria. The PlayQuotient will reflect different aspects of fun at a workplace, be it a playful environment, fun deliverables and challenges, creative freedom etc. This way companies will also have an idea of how they are performing with regards to their employees’ job  satisfaction. The companies with the happiest employees will be ranked in a leaderboard according to their PlayQuotient.

I want a job that will make feel energized and fired up, even at the end of the day.” Advertising Executive, India: “I want my job to be such that creativity is seamless; the boundaries between art, music, movies, work should be blurred and enable me to draw inspiration from  la dolce vita ”. Investment Banker, Singapore: “ I go through a lot of negative emotions at work.  Anger, frustation, tension. I would like to minimise the negative emotions and feel more positive. Questions to Edward De Bono -How can we tailor our education system to meet the changing demands of an enlightened workplace?  -How can we engineer ‘play’ to boost employee morale and workplace productivity? -How can we make fun  and play integral to the  workplace? -How do we make the transition between pre-school, school, university and work seamless (in terms of how much fun we are having?)
