9. Using 1 as the highest score possible and 0 as the lowest , we were able
to determine the following:
Political empowerment- 0.12
Economic participation and opportunity-0.64
Health and survival-0.97
Educational Attainment- 1
Overall our country ranked 110 which is bad for our country
considering the fact that there were more than 120 countries included.
We have hopes that with the bill in place, that we will see a more
positive increase.
