4. Over two-hundred million businesses are unable to get the credit they
need, both for working capital and for investments. Individuals in
need of a loan are often at risk of predatory lending practices or
middleman gouging.
There are 15.6 million unbanked consumers and 51.1 million
underbanked consumers in the United States alone. Globally, the
number is over 2 billion. Underserved populations have been ignored
by most banks because they typically have poor credit ratings and
are unlikely to generate meaningful deposits or banking fees.

6. DRN leverages a groundbreaking cost-
based Proof-of-Stake implementation that
promotes economic activity while
mitigating the pervasive "nothing at stake"
vulnerability.
The Digital Reserve Network employs
secure, scalable and decentralized
BlockDAG governed by a responsive
monetary overseer: the Denarii Protocol.
Staked funds are made available to
verified users via microloans administered
by the Denarii Protocol. Minters are
eligible to receive loan interest while
borrowers are able to build a credit
reputation.
9. The Denarii Protocol leverages a fee-based proof of stake
implementation in order to secure the network and provide incentives
to network participants to act in accordance with the protocol.
Stakers have three potential opportunities to earn Denarii tokens:
winning blocks, transaction fees from validating blocks and receiving
interest from microloans.
11. The Denarii Protocol ties the ability to access lending from staked
transactions to a unique digital identity and reputation. The
authentication process will utilize oracle's or 3rd party authenticators
to create unique digital identities.
13. The Digital Reserve, P.B.C. is a public benefit corporation
whose purpose is to research, design, develop, and
distribute software, hardware, and funds to support the
goal of financial inclusion.
