Once these expenses are taken away from the Gross Profit you are left with your Net Profit which is your Profit after all your
expenses are taken into consideration. If at your Company Year End you are In Profit, you will pay 20% of this Profit in

HIRING AN APPRENTICE

A lot of rubbish has been written about how much it costs the employer, what obligations you might have to the Apprentice and the apparently poor quality of the new employee. Well, Clare has the detail for you – exactly what you need to do to benefit (including getting a £1,500 kick back from the Government) and the surprisingly high calibre of the 16-24 year old Apprentices available as part of this programme. Many are motivated, intelligent and determined to provide their worth. If you need a Resourcer, Trainee Recruiter or committed Administrator, this Apprentice Scheme may well be just the thing for you, but as with all such schemes, you need to know your way around the Red Tape.
