1) Getronics hired Aniko Czinege as an interim vice-president of internal communications for 5 months to help establish its new global brand following an acquisition and restructuring that merged two large companies. 2) Czinege worked extremely long hours to launch an internal communications program, build support for the new brand, and increase alignment, pride and commitment across the newly expanded global organization. 3) Despite many challenges and changing priorities, employee feedback suggested Czinege's efforts were successful in raising awareness and understanding of the new Getronics brand identity among staff worldwide.
