The shadow of guilt
The speaker finds themselves alone in the dark, trapped by the shadow of guilt over past actions. They try to chase the shadow away but it refuses to release them from its grip. The shadow of guilt haunts not just the past but reaches into the present and future as well. After struggling against it, the speaker realizes the shadow is within them and will continue to struggle to get out, showing they are truly trapped by their own feelings of guilt.

This silence is the source of Creativity, Power, Knowledge and Bliss.

From this deep ocean of silence in the heart region, let one OM emerge as an audible sound which diffuses into the entire body and the space all around. Enjoy the beautiful vibrations.

- 1. The Beautiful Bay I don’t know if I should say, For I do sense the decay On relationship once I relay, A beautiful friendship bay. Maybe I’m a little unaware, On my prayer and swear, That I would stay and bear To hold on the tender square.
