2. As the world continues to push
for efficiency and convenience,
people have developed a new
liking when it comes to choosing
a place to live in. Whilst
traditional houses may seem
ideal for a large group of people
such as families, many
Australians prefer to live in
apartments due to economical
and practical reasons.
Apartments are rising all over the
country in such a rapid pace.
Based on a recent study, more
single professionals between the ages of 25-35 are pursuing higher
opportunities, prioritizing careers over social life. This makes them more
likely to be single and live alone or with a couple of friends. This affects their
decision in choosing a suitable accommodation for their need. Not needing
that much space, they usually go for apartments or condominiums.
So what are the advantages of
living in an apartment or in a
condominium over living in a
house? In an ideal scenario, people
who choose to live in a house
means they will have to prepare to
shell out more money. This is
generally because of the bigger
space but there are other fees,
which they have to consider such
as tax and of course using up more
energy and water. Whilst a house
offers a bigger space, a better
environment and arguably a more
relaxed atmosphere, one cannot
deny the fact that maintaining one
entails more work.
3. Living in a condominium or an
apartment is more controlled and as
what some people would call it “safer”.
This is because of the fact that there
are various entry points a person has
to get pass through I to reach a
particular unit. This somehow by itself
acts as a deterrent. On top of this, it is
generally much economical to acquire
and maintain one, as the place is
relatively smaller. Moreover, what this
structure lacks in size, they make up
for convenience. Some of these
structures offer tenants/residents
access to fitness centers and some are situated near business centers, which
make traveling to commercial places easier.
