The Building Decoration Design Professional Committee of Sichuan Province Exploration and Design
Association will hold a creative design forum on the site. Some well-known decoration companies with
their creative designs will also be invited to attend the exhibition by the committee and the sponsors.
Meanwhile, “Chengdu Indoors Creative Design and Materials Selection Experience Zone” will be set up to
attract more designers and material manufacturers for a two-way selection, which makes a perfect
combination between design and materials, and turns creative ideas into reality.
During the exhibition, the “National Stone and Equipment Manufacturer Investment Fair in Southwest
China” will be held by the Organizing Committee. Specially-assigned personnel designated by the

Pay all the fees by telegraphic transfer to the organizing committee one week upon the acceptance of
Participation Confirmation.
After paying all the fees by telegraphic transfer, the exhibitor shall fax the bank draft to the organizing
committee in order to be checked in future, and the organizing committee shall issue invoice after
receiving all the fees.
The distribution principle of the booths is that the earlier you apply and pay, the earlier the booth will be
distributed.
One month prior to the opening date of the Exhibition, the organizing committee will send you Participant
Manual by e-mail or the exhibitor will download the same from the official website www.stonecd.cn which
will introduce the main scheduling program, the application forms for various services and the guide of
reporting for erecting and decorating the special design booths, renting the exhibition facilities and

The staff of all participants must follow the regulations applicable to the Exhibition and the exhibition hall,

If the participants transfer own booths without permission, the qualifications of exhibition will be cancelled
