This document outlines the guidelines for submitting a case study. It specifies that the case study should have a title, author information, type of case (incident, background, exercise, situation, complex, decision), viewpoint (omniscient, character, multiple), sub-theme, objectives, prior practices, approach/methods, results/insights, implications, value to the theme, and keywords. It also provides formatting instructions, requesting the case be submitted as a Word document on a CD in 11 point Arial font with possible inclusions of annexures, boxes, tables and graphs.
