4. Highlights
Customer satisfaction and Operational efficiency improvement:
• Average monthly Customer complaint dockets have been reduced by ~25 % since
Jul’21.
• Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) has reduced by 20% since Jul’21.
• Average number of links meeting SLA ( >99.5%) has been increased from 91% in
Jun-21 end to 95.48% in Jan-22 end i.e. to meet the committed SLA, SLA gap has
been reduced by ~54% since Jul’21.
• Provision of Downtime Credit for SLA violation has been reduced by 41 % since
July-21.
• Average total dockets open ( in fault management system) per day & total nos. of
docket opened more than 24 Hrs have been reduced by 16% & 22% respectively
since Jul’21.
• Average daily number of fault incidences for NTAMC Links have been reduced by
71% (single fault) and 70% (dual fault) since Jul’21.

5. Highlights
Improvement in Financial parameters:
• With improved network management, provision of Downtime Credit for SLA
violations has been reduced by 41 % since July-21 (Q1-21# Rs. 54 Lakh; Q3-21# Rs.
32 Lakh).
• Total net annual Order value of Rs. 155 Crs [Multi year Order value of Rs. 545 Crs
added] since Jul-21; As Orders are being progressively implemented, jump in
revenue is expected in Q1-22 onwards.
• With improved realisation and financial management;
• Debtors have been reduced by 31 % since July-21 (Q1-21# Rs. 264 Crs; Q3-21#
Rs. 183 Crs).
• Invoiced receivables on cash basis (in SoA) have been reduced by 62% since
July-21 (Q1-21# Rs. 412 Crs; Q3-21# Rs. 158 Crs) excluding legal and Doubtful
debts of Rs. 47.27 Crs.

6. Other Highlights
Backbone availability – 100%
M/s Cypress Solution has been appointed for Technical Consultancy of Pilot Data
Center at Manesar.
M/s IFCI has been appointed for Project Appraisal of Edge Data Centre.
System improvement:
• Asset Inventory acquisition and management tool has been implemented for
Package K & Package M1 network (IP networks). After implementation of these
tools, we can get the details of all network components including hardware and
software centrally.
• Microsoft 8x100 G Traffic running on Fiberhome Package R shifted on Higher
capacity system installed under package U in Chennai intracity. Modules freed
after shifting are used for Reliance JIO Connectivity in ER Region.
