– enable customers to carry out and improve all productive activities with the
complete support of the relevant Technical Publications
– ensure correct installation, use and maintenance
– customer satisfaction, internal and external
Manage Technical Publications:
– record TechPub updates requested by all relevant functions within Process
– release TechPub according to Engineering LCMR
– record TechPub within relevant Databases
– trigger TechPub translation requests

Users: Service Technicians and purchasing
departments (Tetra Pak and Customers)
Content: Exploded Assembly drawings and Bill
of Materials lists (BoM) of all parts of
Equipment or bigger Optional Kits
Valid for: Development Steps of Machines or
Optional Kit
Language: English
Content responsibility: Designers are
responsible for the quality and the accuracy of
the drawings, as both drawings and BoMs are
automatically extracted from SAP

Users: Service Technicians (Tetra Pak and

Content: Instructions on how to check, fit,
change, overhaul, maintain the different units
