Diverse White Men There are over 105 different ways white men are diverse. The ABC’s –  Ability, Age, Agility, Ancestry, Belief, Background, Culture, Communication Style, Dependents, Disability, Economics, Education, etc.
Diverse White Men Ancestry According to the 2000 Census there were 92 ancestries reported. The top Caucasian ancestries were  German, Irish, English, Polish, French, Scottish, Dutch, Norwegian, Scotch-Irish, and Swedish.  U.S. Census Bureau, Census 2000 Summary File 3 Culture is passed down through generations. Lessons from our ancestors play a role in our development. They impact our values, beliefs and aspirations.  Cultural nuances impact communication which in turn impact team effectiveness.
