Mangroves of the World Bangladesh oil spill threatens mangroves, dolphins & tiger
An oil-tanker (Southern Star VII] carrying 350,000 litres of
furnace oil sank at Sundarbans, Bangladesh on 9 December 2014
after it had been hit by a cargo vessel .
The experts have already called it an environmental catastrophe
as the accident occurred at a protected Sundarbans mangrove
area, the home to rare Irrawaddy and Ganges dolphins.
Ten species of the sundarban has been listed by The National
Geographic Traveler, India which are at risk from this disaster.
They are the Irrawady dolphins,
the Bengal Tigers, leopard cats,
great egrets, rhesus macaques,
endemic river terrapin, black-
capped kingfishers, chitals,
saltwater crocodiles, and the
horseshoe crabs.

Six degrees of Separation
Every Entrepreneur rightly thinks that networking is important for
his entreprendre but is it worthy of spending time? In late 1960s,
psychologist Stanley Milgram, conducted an experiment to find how
are human connected in a small world problem.
He got 160 names of people from Nebraska and
mailed each of them a packet containing the
name and address of a stockbroker. Each person
was instructed to write his name on the packet
and send it on to an acquaintance who he thought would get the
packet closer to the stockbroker. Milgram noted that most of the
letters reached the stockbroker in five or six steps and hence the
concept of “Six degrees of Separation”.
“Six degrees of separation” is the theory that everyone is , by way of
introduction, six or fewer steps away to connect from any other
person in the world.
So, Networking anyone?
