The student was able to apply tort law theories by acting out elements of torts, such as battery, in a video presentation for class. They learned to independently research materials needed for the project, like a metal stick used in a trespassing scene. The student was also able to advise friends about tort law situations after completing the project. They communicated well with group members, contributing ideas and discussing plans for shooting the video scenes. Through this project, the student gained experience thinking critically and independently researching legal topics, and became more confident in their abilities.
