Tara Tatum is a creative writer and instructor. She received her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Florida in 2016 and has taught various writing courses there since 2015. She developed curricula for courses on academic arguments, poetry writing, and professional communication. Prior to her work at UF, Tatum earned an MA in English from Lamar University, where she also taught a college readiness writing course. She has received several awards and fellowships and has published poems in various literary journals.
