market.

7. Morning
• Your morning will be spent visiting the beautiful and accessible Rialto
Mercato neighborhood.
• You will get to see the fish market and the fruit market where Venetians
purchase their supplies on a daily basis. Pictures of the fish market and

8. After seeing how Venetians spend their daily lives, you’ll have the Rest
of the morning to explore the beautiful piazzas and back alleys using
the wheelchair accessible routes provided by Sage Traveling.

9. Lunch
• You’ll have lunch at one of the accessible restaurants on the Grand Canal
next to the Rialto Bridge.
• Vaporetti, gondolas, and private boats will slowly cruise by your
restaurant while you soak in the ambience of Venice.

10. 12:30 pm
A wheelchair accessible water taxi will pick you up in the Rialto Mercato
neighborhood and bring you to the famous St. Mark’s Square.

The rest of your afternoon will be free to choose as you please.
You can either:
1) Explore the other nearby tourist attractions such as the towering
Campanile, the Bridge of Sighs (ramped bridge to view the Bridge of
Sighs shown below on the left), and the Correr Museum (accessible
entrance shown below on the right)
2) Relaxing and shopping using the bridge-free routes we will provide that
connect the accessible shops.

15. 6 pm (or whenever you need to be picked up)
The wheelchair accessible water taxi will pick you up at the St. Mark’s
neighborhood and bring you directly back to your cruise dock.
