Here is my approach for tarsal tunnel surgery

1. Tarsal Tunnel Incision Dr. Michael E. Graham

2. Medial Aspect

3. Heel Sulcus

4. The Post. Tib Nerve

5. Incision- 2 to 3 cm.

6. Good Luck- Just kidding

7. I only cut the superficial fibers- use your pinkie to feel for any hard fibers and they have to be released.
