Learn Facial Expression from Image -- March 2016-Ongoing
The data of the project consists of 48x48 pixel gray scale images of faces.The task is to categorize each face based on the
emotion shown in the facial expression in to one of seven categories (0=Angry, 1=Disgust, 2=Fear, 3=Happy, 4=Sad,
5=Surprise, 6=Neutral) using different machine learning algorithm.
Conversion of lecture videos to Text using HTK language modeling --September 2015- December 2015
Convert the lecture video into text which gives students he ability to search for key words instead of going through the entier
video.
Creation of acoustic and language model with an accuracy of 67%.
Crawling, Deduplication, Indexing and Visualization of Weapons Dataset -- September - Deceber 2015
Crawled weapon images and relevant content using Apache Nutch, Apache Tika and Selenium.Content extraction using
GeoTopic parser, Apache TikaOCR, and cTAKES (NER).Indexed relevant data in Apache Solr and used content/link based
algorithms to derive relationship between the data.Visualized data using Data Driven Documents (D3js), FacetView and
Banana.
Ebay like Website and Android app -- January 2015 – April 2015
Project aimed at creating a complete responsive web application for search on eBay. Server was deployed on AWS. User
could search for any product on the Android app or the website, see their details and even post to social networks.
Fully responsive website by working on frameworks like Bootstrap.
Configured and deployed the application on Amazon Web Server EC2 Beanstalk.
Implemented and understood the use of Facebook and EBay's API for search, post and login
