The document describes several experiments children engaged in during an experimentation workshop. The children used a variety of materials like meats, spoons, strainers, pots, lentils, beans, flour, sugar, cooked spaghetti, and gelatin to fill, empty, strain, and measure. They noticed the different textures of flour and sugar and their different tastes. Some children made delicious desserts. Others used the available materials to create inventions. In painting and pathmaking workshops, the children explored what happens. In a clay workshop, they touched, molded, and experimented with the texture and temperature of clay, first playing with it and discovering how to work with it using hands, rollers, and sticks before flattening,
