2. The Evidences Are Growing
Look around; they’re everywhere.
www.onpassive.com
Look at our growth; our
expansion of the last
year
Look at the intrinsic
fairness generosity of
our business.
Look at the monumental
value being modeled
through ONPASSIVE.
3. But even more than that, the implementation of strategic elements designed to drive
global success aren’t just going to dissipate at launch. Not on your life!
www.onpassive.com
4. Our leaders
know the
conditions;
they know the terrain. This
means they know what can
be expected and have put
strategies in place to ensure
continued growth and
massive profitability long
after launch.
www.onpassive.com
5. As an
appropriate
analogy
let’s consider the mountain
with a summit higher above
sea level than any other in the
world, Mt. Everest. Climbers
know pretty much what they
can expect.
www.onpassive.com
6. Starting At The
Bottom
they head to Camp 1. Camp 1 is
the “Base Camp” on Mt. Everest.
It’s located at about 18,300 feet.
Ascending to a point where the
summit is visible puts the climber
at 28,870 feet. This means that
more than 60% of the total
journey had to be completed just
to get to the Base Camp.
www.onpassive.com
7. From The
Base Camp
Climbers pass through the
Khumbu Icefall to get to Camp
2, at 20,000 feet.
www.onpassive.com
8. Next,
they go through the
glacial valley known
as the Western Cwm
to get to Camp 3, at
21,300 feet.
www.onpassive.com
9. From There,
The Next Challenge
is climbing Lhotse Face using fixed
ropes to get across a sheer wall of
ice on the way to Camp 4, at
23,100 ft.
www.onpassive.com
11. From There
They hike to Camp 6, called “The
Balcony”, at 27,200 ft. The Balcony
provides a platform where climbers
can rest before they make a final
push for the summit.
www.onpassive.com
12. From Here,
Climbers Start
The final push for the goal; to reach
the summit. Continuing the journey
up another 1,000 treacherous feet
takes you through a series of steps
that, once at the top, allows you to
see the summit.
www.onpassive.com
15. Keep in mind
ONPASSIVE’s “Climbers”
also know what to expect and are
prepared for the journey. This means
they’ve anticipated events that
happen early in the life of a new,
start-up business and have
provisions to successfully navigate
them.
www.onpassive.com
16. To That End,
Each subsequently higher camp,
and each of the series of steps near
the top of Mt. Everest, can
represent an event or phase of
growth that could unfavorably
impact the long-term growth or
profitability of our start-up.
www.onpassive.com
17. Therefore,
As A Preemptive
Response To anticipated
events, ONPASSIVE has developed
approaches for the methodical, post-
launch deployment of layered
components designed to strategically
and innovatively ensure our expansion.
