Our manufacturing site sprawls with optimal co-friendly conditions. The manufacturing facilities are built up according to guidelines for general
formulations. It is further segregated into various divisions for:
TABLETS | CAPSULES | ORAL LIQUIDS
Manufacturing site has been well equipped with WHO-cGMP guideline influenced HVAC systems, Water System with closed loop and
sophisticated automated equipment. All divisions possess appropriate room for existing operations and arrangements for potential future
development.
An individual structure houses Administration, Quality Control Laboratory, and Quality Assurance and Formula Development sections. The units
have always been constructed with maximum attention and for sightedness through the designs tag to all deviate possibilities of cross
contamination.
For the convenience of internal movement of resources-people and material, the manufacturing facility corridor has been designed in an “I”
shaped. Internals sectional corridors open to! he processing areas. Processing areas have been is elated from corridors by ideal air locks and
pressure differentials. Similar kind of isolation and care exists for preventing contamination for packaging too. Appropriate number of deal sized

As a part of keeping the environment free of pollution, Taj Pharma has proper system for disposal
of factory waste –Establishment of STP/ETP for water recycling.

supported other adjoining factories in case of need or during fire outbreak. We have sufficient
