What I got from the knowledge of pedagogy at college and coaching experience at a swimming school is lack of positiveness that is enough for children to feel poor at "expressing".
Our activity is based on the idea which is we would like to facilitate a healthy ecosystem of knowledge, help children step forward with the knowledge they obtain and keep having a motivation toward challenges by our creating opportunities of output at educational facilities that mainly exist as a place for input.
We have a performance first and divide children by their grades to hold a session in which they can experience a synchronized swimming.
A feeling of pleasant from the experience of synchronized swimming becomes a clue to learn an ecosystem of consumption and production.
