• JAIL? -Drugs will cause you to commit crimes
punishable by a life sentence or even death
• MENTAL HOSPITAL?- Illegal drugs affects the
brain primarily and the damages it will cause is
irreversible. You may be treated again and again but
once you have permanent brain damage, there is no
more cure.
• CEMETERY?-drug users have a short lifespan as
most of them die very young because of drug overdose
or as a consequence because of massive heart attack or
because they were caught in accidents resulting to their
deaths.

Ano Ang BULLYING?
Bullying Definition
(Kahulugan)
• Ayon sa batas, ang pambu-bully ay nangangahulugan
ng kahit anong paraan ng panggigipit na ginagawa ng
isa o ng isang grupo sa isa pa—pisikal man, berbal o
mental—na nagdudulot ng kawalang gana o takot na
pumasok ng isang estudyante sa eskuwelahan.
Kasama rin dito ang tinatawag na cyber-bullying
(computer or cellphone).

Two Types of Bullying
• Direct
• Indirect
Direct:
• Physical (na pananakit)– hitting, kicking,
pushing, stealing, hiding or ruining
someone’s things.
- Making someone do something
they don’t want to do.
• Verbal – name calling, teasing,
insulting, threats.
Indirect:
• Relationship Bullying -
- Gossiping, spreading rumors
and lies about someone.
- Making someone feel left out
or rejected.

Benigno Aquino III ang isang batas na NAGBABAWAL sa
BULLYING sa lahat ng paaralan sa buong bansa.
Republic Act 10627 o ang Anti-
Bullying Act of 2013
ANTI-BULLYING ACT
 Inuutusan ng nasabing batas, ang lahat ng paaralan sa
kindergarten, elementary at secondary (public &
private) na kinakailangang gumawa ng mga
patakaran/panuntunan (policy) laban sa bullying sa
kani-kanilang institusyon. (RA 10627 Rule 3,
Sec.4)
 Ang kopya ng mga panuntunan (policy) ay kailangang
ibigay sa mga mag-aaral at magulang nila.

Panuntunan/Patakaran (Policy):
 1. Ang pagbabawal sa bullying sa loob ng mga paaralan at kahit sa
mga school-related activities; Ipinagbabawal din ang paggamit ng
teknolohiya sa bullying;
 2. Ipinagbabawal din na paghigantihan ang mga taong nagsuplong
o nagbigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa insidente ng bullying;
 3. Inatasan ng RA 10627 ang mga paaralan na magpataw ng
parusa sa mga mahuhuling nambu-bully. Kailangan din silang
sumailalim sa rehabilitation program na pangangasiwaan ng
paaralan; (Rule 6. Sec.10, Letter F-Disciplinary Measures & Letter
H-Revised Penal Code)

• Ang bawat eskwelahan ay marapat na
magkaroon ng mga pagsasanay para sa
kaguruan at iba pang empleyado nito
upang mapaunlad ang kaalaman at
kahandaan hinggil sa pagpigil at
paghadlang sa magaganap na pambu-bully.

Kapag Nagkaroon ng Kaso, Ilan sa mga Kailangang
Maisagawa ay ang mga Sumusunod:
• Ipagbigay alam sa tamang ahensiya ng pamahalaan
kung ang pambu-bully na naganap ay maaaring iakyat
sa kasong kriminal batay sa Revised Penal Code (RPC);
• Magsagawa ng nararapat na aksyong pandisiplina;
• Ipaalam sa magulang ng mga kampong kasangkot sa
usapin.

Republic Act No. 4136
SECTION 22. Application for Driver’s License, Fees,
Examination.
Every person who desires to personally
operate any motor vehicle shall file an application
to the Director or his deputies for a license to drive
motor vehicles: Provided, however, That no person
shall be issued a professional driver’s license who is
suffering from contagious diseases, such as
tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases and
epilepsy or who is an alcohol or drug addict or
dependent.
Each such application, except in the case of
enlisted men operating government-owned vehicles,
shall be accomplished by a fee of five pesos, and
shall contain such information respecting the
applicant and his ability to operate motor vehicles,
as may be required by the Bureau.
The Director or his deputies shall also ascertain that
the applicant’s health, sight and hearing are sound
and normal, and is physically and mentally fit to
operate motor vehicles. To this end, the Director or
his deputies shall require a certificate to that effect,
signed by a reputable accredited physician.
An examination, theoretical and practical, to
determine every applicant’s ability and fitness to
operate motor vehicles to be conducted by the
Director in such form and manner as he shall
prescribe shall also be required.
A manual containing the general scope of the
examinations and such information as may be
necessary for the guidance of the applicants and for
the purpose of effectivity and implementation of this
Act may be published in an official language and
distributed at no cost to the applicants.
No application for a driver’s license shall be received,
unless the applicant:
(1) For a professional driver’s license, is at least eighteen
years of age, possesses a valid student-driver’s permit and
has undergone instruction in the operation of motor
vehicles for at least five months under a qualified
instructor: Provided, however, That the period of time the
applicant has operated a motor vehicle with a non-
professional driver’s license shall be credited against the
period of instruction required herein; and
(1) For a non-professional driver’s license, is at least
seventeen years of age, possesses a valid student-driver’s
permit and has undergone instruction in the operation of
motor vehicles for at least a month.

You may be treated again and again but once you have permanent brain damage, there is no more cure. • CEMETERY?-drug users have a short lifespan as most of them die very young because of drug overdose or as a consequence because of massive heart attack or because they were caught in accidents resulting to their deaths. Bullying Definition (Kahulugan) • Ayon sa batas, ang pambu-bully ay nangangahulugan ng kahit anong paraan ng panggigipit na ginagawa ng isa o ng isang grupo sa isa pa—pisikal man, berbal o mental—na nagdudulot ng kawalang gana o takot na pumasok ng isang estudyante sa eskuwelahan. Kasama rin dito ang tinatawag na cyber-bullying (computer or cellphone). • (Rule 2, Section 3 of RA 10627)

  • 31. Direct: • Physical (na pananakit)– hitting, kicking, pushing, stealing, hiding or ruining someone’s things. - Making someone do something they don’t want to do. • Verbal – name calling, teasing, insulting, threats.

  • 41. ANTI-BULLYING ACT  September 12, 2013 - Pinirmahan na ni Pangulong Benigno Aquino III ang isang batas na NAGBABAWAL sa BULLYING sa lahat ng paaralan sa buong bansa. Republic Act 10627 o ang Anti- Bullying Act of 2013

ANTI-BULLYING ACT  Inuutusan ng nasabing batas, ang lahat ng paaralan sa kindergarten, elementary at secondary (public & private) na kinakailangang gumawa ng mga patakaran/panuntunan (policy) laban sa bullying sa kani-kanilang institusyon. (RA 10627 Rule 3, Sec.4)  Ang kopya ng mga panuntunan (policy) ay kailangang ibigay sa mga mag-aaral at magulang nila.

Ipinagbabawal din na paghigantihan ang mga taong nagsuplong o nagbigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa insidente ng bullying;  3. Inatasan ng RA 10627 ang mga paaralan na magpataw ng parusa sa mga mahuhuling nambu-bully. Kailangan din silang sumailalim sa rehabilitation program na pangangasiwaan ng paaralan; (Rule 6. Homicide-Unintentional Killing(Art 246) –Reclusion Temporal- (Imprisonment=minimum of 12 yrs & 1 day to maximum of 20 yrs) .

  • 48. Alinsunod sa Batas- (RA 10627-Anti-Bullying Act of 2013) • Ang bawat eskwelahan ay marapat na magkaroon ng mga pagsasanay para sa kaguruan at iba pang empleyado nito upang mapaunlad ang kaalaman at kahandaan hinggil sa pagpigil at paghadlang sa magaganap na pambu-bully. (Rule V11, Sec.12)

Kapag Nagkaroon ng Kaso, Ilan sa mga Kailangang Maisagawa ay ang mga Sumusunod: • Ipagbigay alam sa tamang ahensiya ng pamahalaan kung ang pambu-bully na naganap ay maaaring iakyat sa kasong kriminal batay sa Revised Penal Code (RPC); • Magsagawa ng nararapat na aksyong pandisiplina; • Ipaalam sa magulang ng mga kampong kasangkot sa usapin.

  • 55. SECTION 22. Application for Driver’s License, Fees, Examination. Every person who desires to personally operate any motor vehicle shall file an application to the Director or his deputies for a license to drive motor vehicles: Provided, however, That no person shall be issued a professional driver’s license who is suffering from contagious diseases, such as tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases and epilepsy or who is an alcohol or drug addict or dependent.
  • 56. Each such application, except in the case of enlisted men operating government-owned vehicles, shall be accomplished by a fee of five pesos, and shall contain such information respecting the applicant and his ability to operate motor vehicles, as may be required by the Bureau. The Director or his deputies shall also ascertain that the applicant’s health, sight and hearing are sound and normal, and is physically and mentally fit to operate motor vehicles. To this end, the Director or his deputies shall require a certificate to that effect, signed by a reputable accredited physician.
  • 57. An examination, theoretical and practical, to determine every applicant’s ability and fitness to operate motor vehicles to be conducted by the Director in such form and manner as he shall prescribe shall also be required. A manual containing the general scope of the examinations and such information as may be necessary for the guidance of the applicants and for the purpose of effectivity and implementation of this Act may be published in an official language and distributed at no cost to the applicants.
  • 58. No application for a driver’s license shall be received, unless the applicant: (1) For a professional driver’s license, is at least eighteen years of age, possesses a valid student-driver’s permit and has undergone instruction in the operation of motor vehicles for at least five months under a qualified instructor: Provided, however, That the period of time the applicant has operated a motor vehicle with a non- professional driver’s license shall be credited against the period of instruction required herein; and (1) For a non-professional driver’s license, is at least seventeen years of age, possesses a valid student-driver’s permit and has undergone instruction in the operation of motor vehicles for at least a month.
