Key Issues Strengths - "Agency has advantage in services it offers." Weaknesses - "Agency's programs meet the mission statement." Opportunities - "There are opportunities for professional development." Threats - "Agency keeps up with current research/evidence based findings."
Solution Focused Through personal interviews we discovered that the agency has many internal strengths, and instead of reinventing the wheel we decided to focus on existing strengths and offer solutions to our target population. Framework
Having a mobile clinic and a viable online presence will fortify our goals to reach the Hispanic population, specifically targeting men, women, and youths that are affected by substance abuse. In addressing substance abuse, it is our hope and mission to conversely decrease incidences of mental health issues and HIV infection rates.  Conculsion: Hispanic PopulationIn Need
