Woodcore Panels
Woodcore Panels are load divider panels made
from honeycomb and wood, typically 1x4, 1x2 or
2x4 lumber. They are lighter weight and used in
place of more expensive plywood sheets. The
corrugated facing Woodcore Panels act as a buffer
next to your product units.

 Place horizontally on top of stack to allow safer and more
              stable double stacking.

Corrugated Pallets
Corrugated pallets can be used in place of
traditional woods pallets to save money.
They are just as strong, much lighter weight

size and strength as well as being recyclable.

Corrugated pallets can be made either 2 way or 4 way.
The legs can be wrapped with corrugated for added strength.
Pallets can also be made with a bottom deck sheet for use
on conveyor tracks.
Pallets can be ordered fully assembled or as separate
components with pressure sensitive adhesive applied so they

can be assembled as needed. By ordering the components for
assembly, more can be shipped at a time and the customer can
save space by assembling pallets as they are needed.

Corrugated Sheets
Corrugated Sheets are a cost effective way to separate
top and bottom tiers, and uneven rows of lading by
protecting the product in transit from being damaged by
the tiers coming in contact with each other. They can also
be used as liners inside railcars, containers or trailers.
The corrugated sheets can be used as dust covers, pallet
tops, load or pallet divider sheets and much more. They
are available in many different sizes and thicknesses
depending on the application, and are recyclable.

Bulkhead Panels
                                            Bulkhead Panels are strong enough

                                            impact in railcars. We manufacture
                                            different cell sizes depending on
                                            the compression needed. They are
also available with only one side
sheet to allow collapse for space
                                            savings.

The corrugated material is sandwiched between
two corrugated sheets. The corrugated materials
are usually between 1 inch to 10 inches in

also recyclable.

Saddle Pack for Truck & Intermodal
Saddle Packs will secure single units against
side shifting and prevent single units from
creeping to the sidewalls. When you must load
single palletized units down the center of any
transport vehicle, use Saddle Packs to protect
your cargo.

Saddle Packs also help to maintain
proper axle weight. The drop length and
filler width is custom to the application

Anti-Skid Sheets
Anti-skid sheets are designed for a variety of
applications and are available in e-flute and
chipboard construction in a variety of thicknesses
with recycled or waterproof coating on one or two
sides. They hold products in place using cohesive
properties. Achieving a co-efficient friction of 30
degrees, they are ideal for securing products as
ancillary packaging or in pallet tier sheets.
They can be used to stabilize difficult loads, and
eliminate slippage and increase safety in
warehouse and in transit. They also reduce transport costs by increasing load per
pallet.
 Eliminate load slipping from the slip sheet, reduce handling and
        storage space.
 Reduce efficiency of packaging lines and overall packaging.
 Cost efficient and fully recyclable.

and sizes to meet all of your shipping needs
and are available as re-usable or disposable.
Air bags are an economical and convenient
way to protect your product whether shipping
by rail, truck or container. They have an
outstanding load stabilizing capacity and can withstand tons of pressure and
resistance to load shifting.

They are lightweight, easy to position and
                               quickly inflated.

Always inspect re-usable bags after use and again

                                      loads strait, absorb shock and
                                      prevent damage. Their shape
                                      increases their load bearing strength,
using less paper. This cuts your

per pallet. They are also recyclable.

Corner Posts are available in calipers ranging from .080 to .250 with a
variety of leg lengths and overall lengths of any size. You can also utilize
our standard white clay-coated top for printing with one color graphics,

Honeycomb
Honeycomb is made of kraft liner formed into continuous uniform cells. When
expanded it can be faced with kraft liner and color coated. It can also be faced with
   other substrates.
Honeycomb’s distinctive cellular pattern and
ability to bend and stretch into countless shapes
and patterns allows imaginative uses.
Honeycomb is also recyclable and biodegradable,
and in most instances is more cost effective
than the foam type products used in inner
packing and many other applications. The
reduction of sound transmission and deadening
of vibrational energy are other important advantages of this product.
Pound for pound, honeycomb is the strongest and most economical core available
for use today. The cellular form provides outstanding top to bottom compression,
making it an ideal component to replace wood pallets.

Recycled Rubber Matting
Recycled Rubber Matting is used primarily for the transportation industry. These
rubber mats are used as dunnage on intermodal shipments of paper, steel, building
materials, food and beverage containers and wire. The mats are constructed of
recycled tires that would otherwise end up in landfills.
The mats are available in several sizes and thicknesses
to match your application or loading method. We can

  • 30. Air Bag Tips Always protect the air bag. Pad any part of the air bag that comes in contact with the pallet with corrugated materials or chip board. Always inspect re-usable bags after use and again prior to re-use. If damaged, dispose of the bag – Correct don’t risk it! Align skids when double Don’t use multiple air bags together to fill a void. One stacking to prevent instability will almost always be ejected from position and all stability will be lost. Fill bag until freight stops moving and is locked securely to rail car, container or trailer side walls. Air bag should be firm and tight to the touch, but not over-inflated. Never exceed 12” after inflation, if so, bulkheads should be used. Incorrect To prevent failure never fold an air bag! 1-800-705-5279  www.superiorpackaging.com  sales@superiorpackaging.com
  • 31. Corner Posts Corner Posts will keep your stacked loads strait, absorb shock and prevent damage. Their shape increases their load bearing strength, using less paper. You can also utilize our standard white clay-coated top for printing with one color graphics, your message or logo to enhance your merchandising efforts. 1-800-705-5279  www.superiorpackaging.com  sales@superiorpackaging.com
  • 32. Honeycomb Honeycomb is made of kraft liner formed into continuous uniform cells. When expanded it can be faced with kraft liner and color coated. It can also be faced with other substrates. Honeycomb’s distinctive cellular pattern and ability to bend and stretch into countless shapes and patterns allows imaginative uses. Honeycomb is also recyclable and biodegradable, and in most instances is more cost effective than the foam type products used in inner packing and many other applications. The reduction of sound transmission and deadening of vibrational energy are other important advantages of this product. Pound for pound, honeycomb is the strongest and most economical core available for use today. The cellular form provides outstanding top to bottom compression, making it an ideal component to replace wood pallets. 1-800-705-5279  www.superiorpackaging.com  sales@superiorpackaging.com
