FILMING NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED:
- James playing piano on phone (in park)
- James sat on bench, playing on phone (in park)
- (James’) Right side of head, framed to the LHS of the screen.
- (James’) Left side of head, framed to the RHS of the screen.
- Long shot, James on bench, location surrounding. “We cut the
legs off of our pants”
- CU of head, “Threw our shoes into the ocean”
- Back of the bench. People walking past bench? “Laid back and
wave through the daylight, sit back and wave through the
daylight”
- Walking away from the bench, bench out of focus, but visible on
screen. “Slip and slide on…” mime? Try both shots (with/without)
- Over the shoulder, looking at Livs legs. “…subway grates, these
shoes…”
-Liv slips over in heels. “…are poor man’s ice skates”
- James turns head back, Liv out of focus walking away. James
smiling as turning head “Fall through like change in the
daylight, Fall through like change in the daylight”
- Yellow lines bit. “I miss yellow lines in my road (yellow
lines, start to tilt up), some colour on monochrome (James
walking towards gallery)”
- Long shot of James looking at the paintings. “Maybe I’ll paint
them in myself”. Wall angle
- Side of James’ head, looking at paintings “Maybe I’ll paint
them in myself”
- Front of James’ Face, in contemplation “Maybe I’ll paint them
in myself”
- Phone on bag, looking up at James, looking out of the window.
Phone says “Someone ringing”. “and in the daylight I don’t pick
up my phone”
- Side of James’ head looking out of the window at houses. “Cause
in the daylight anywhere feels like home”
- James looks at watch, in the bus. “I have five clocks in my
life”
- James walks off bus. Stops outside, then walks on. “and only
one has the time right”
- ECU of open-top bin, throws watch inside. Camera zooms in.
“I’ll just unplug it for today, I’ll just unplug it for today”
- James unfolding/having trouble with map. Long shot of James on
bench on harbour, with map. Mime “Open hydrant rolled down
windows”
- Back of bench, looking at map. We see boats over the map. “This
car might make a good old boat”
- CU of face, see bit of the map. Mime “And float down Grand
street in daylight” ×2
- Jump cuts walking around with the map, asking people for
directions.“And float down Grand street in daylight” ×3
- Over the shoulder shot, zooms into map. Blurs camera, goes
black. “And float down Grand street in daylight”

POSSIBLE FILIMING:
-Time lapse? Harbour and RWA crucial if we did.
