For example, spanking might have been an agreed upon

How to punish your slave ?
Physical Punishments
For an insatisfactory slave, physical punishments can be

A good master knows how to manipulate their slave’s
perception of reality. Gaslighting can be an effective tool
in making your slave question their own sanity, doubting

slave who’s easier to control.
Gaslighting can be used to create a power dynamic where
you, as the dominant, have total control over your
submissivs’s perceptions and emotions. It is a delicate art.
It requires precision, subtlety, and a deep understanding of
human psychology.
To impose your total supremacy, you need to create an
environment where your slave feels like she’s constantly
walking on eggshells, always questioning her own
perceptions and reality.
Here are some tips:
Denial: When she brings up or asks about a specific
situation or memory, simply deny it. Tell her she must be
mistaken. Tell her she doesn’t remember correctly or that
it was just a dream, that it never happened. This will create
confusion and make her doubt her memory and start
doubting her recollections.
Projection: Take what she says and turn it around, making
it seem like she’s the one who's being manipulative or
deceitful. For example, if she expresses concern about your
behavior, tell her she’s just being paranoid or overly

viewpoint, simply ignore her or tell her she’s wrong.This
will make her feel like her thoughts and feelings aren’t
valid.
Minimization: Downplay the severity of a situation or
discount her feelings. For example, if she expresses pain or
discomfort during a scene, tell her she's just being dramatic
or that it's not that bad.
Remember, Gaslighting is a subtle art. You want to create a
sense of unease and uncertainty without being too obvious.
The goal is to make her question her own perceptions,
memories, and autonomy.
Forced Submission
The art of forced submission allows a master to make their
slave feel like they they’re nothing without them. Like
they’re worthless, useless, and utterly dependent on their
every command.
Remember to always take on facial expressions and body
language conveying a sense of seductive

Once you decided what type of slave you want and you
have found a consensual adult, it is time to delve further
into the details of your master – slave relationship.
It is clear that you cannot force your slave to do just
anything you come up with.
You should agree on a number of conditions regarding

what either of you absolutely do not want and what the

openly and take the necessary time to think before agreeing
to your proposals.
After you have discussed your desire to have a slave with
your partner, and you’ve both given consent to enter this
type of relationship it’s time to write everything down in a
slave contract so there can be no misunderstanding about
what has been agreed.
Below is an example slave contract. Feel free to adjust it to
your individual situation and preferences. Remember:
Your slave contract doesn't need to be perfect. You can
always refine it over time.
There’s no single correct way of creating a contract. It’s
simply a document detailing how you want your
Master/slave relationship to be carried out so everyone has
clarity.
If you and your slave can read the document, agree on its
contents, know what each other want, and are enjoying
your relationship together, then it serves its purpose.

Identities and roles: Who is the master, who the slave?

Training schedule. Agree on a training shedule and on

52. When I decide to accept someone as my
slave, he or she copies and signs the above
"contract." The exact wording is open to
negotiation --the slave is, after all, writing a
statement, "Of my own free will ..."
Usually, slave, the first "contract" would be
for maybe three months. After the first three
months, we might then have a "contract" for
a longer period of time, perhaps six months
to a year. Of course, any prospective slave
in his/her right mind will want to get to
know me before signing even the three month
"contract".
"Slave contracts" aren't legally enforcable.
However, anyone who signs one without
intent to keep it will get a very bad
reputation very fast within the tiny but
growing female-dominant lifestyle
subculture. I don't believe it is a good idea
to sign a "slave contract" for more than a
year at a time, and I definitely don't believe
in lifelong "slave contracts".
People do change. Among the people I've
known, the longest-lasting female-dominant

which they settle back into less rigorously
