7. Factors responsible for low conversion
During this festive season, people are also looking for ethnic wear but we don’t have much
collection.
Most of the customers want discount only, they don’t want any promo offer.
 Some were also looking for shawl and blanket but now we have it in the display.
 Stitching cost was too high for some customers and also some were not happy with the stitching.
Limited variety of readymade shirts.

8. Areas of Improvement
 Need more varieties in Readymade Garments preferably in shirts.
 Feedback should be on TAB or display at store’s counter so that we can easily solve the query on
the spot, because sometimes customer give wrong feedback by mistake.(eg: Vanheusen, Pantaloons,
Louie Phillip)
 There should be a guard at the gate for easy convenience.
 Stock auto-refilling of items should be there for both Rmg & Fabric products.
