The A2 Media students at Plumstead Manor Sixth Form have been tasked with creating a horror trailer called "Foster Me" about a haunted foster mother. Auditions will be held on November 21st to select five children for roles in the two-minute trailer. The selected children will film their scene in the woods on December 5th, with an adult present. On behalf of A2 Media Students, they have been given a task to create a horror trailer for their portfolio.The
trailer is called ‘Foster Me’, tellingthe story of a foster mother who is haunted by the spirits of her deceased kids.
So far, the students are holdingauditionsto select five children to partake in the two-minute trailer.The auditions
will beheld in 162 Bracondale Rd, Abbey Wood, London, SE2 9EF on Saturday 21st November from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
Each child will performa section of the script in order for the students to select which child will beperfect for the
role. Once the child has been selected, a letter will besent out to confirmthat the children havebeen picked for
the role in the trailer.
The scene with the selected children will takeplacein the woods on Old Park Road with an adultto guide and
supervisethe students when filming.The filming will takeplacefor two hours max from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on
Saturday 5th December.
Once the trailer has been created, each child will havean exclusivepreviewof the final outcome, which will be
uploaded on YouTube.
Overall,the focus of this project is for educational purposes only and specifically designed for A2 Media students
at Plumstead Manor Sixth Form.
