This document is a student evaluation and tracking sheet used by the Benha Faculty of Computer and Informatics (BFCI) to evaluate students within academic and non-academic courses. It contains sections for student information, course information, project task evaluations, a student self-evaluation, a grading scale, an instructor comment section, signatures, and a confidentiality agreement. The purpose of the tracking sheet is to evaluate student performance both during and after course completion to help increase student capabilities.

A] TECHNICAL INFORMATION: METHODS, PROCESSES, FORMULAE, COMPOSITIONS, INVENTIONS, MACHINES, COMPUTER PROGRAMS
AND RESEARCH PROJECTS. B] BUSINESS INFORMATION: CUSTOMER LISTS; PRICING DATA; SOURCES OF SUPPLY; AND MARKETING,
PRODUCTION, OR MERCHANDISING SYSTEMS OR PLANS.
2. I SHALL NOT DURING, OR AT ANY TIME AFTER THE TERMINATION OF MY COURSE WITH THE BFCI, USE FOR MYSELF OR OTHERS, OR
DISCLOSE OR DIVULGE TO OTHERS ANY TRADE SECRETS, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER DATA OF THE ORGANIZATION IN
VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
3. THAT UPON THE TERMINATION OF MY EMPLOY FROM THE COMPANY, IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE COMPANY
SHALL HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER EXISTING RIGHTS, WITHOUT REQUIREMENT OF POSTING BOND.
