A case study was conducted on ginger cultivation in Gangapur, Aurangabad District, Maharashtra using structured water. Farmers benefited Rs. 20,800 from just 0.5 acres of ginger sold at Rs.52/kg. Using structured water increased ginger yields by 10-30%, improved water absorption in soil, increased bioavailability of water and nutrients to plants, boosted oxygen levels, regulated soil pH, led to larger ginger sizes, extended ginger shelf life, accelerated seed germination rates, reduced water usage by up to 30%, and decreased needs for fertilizers and pesticides.
