Because of your strengths, you eagerly welcome opportunities to think out loud about ideas, theories,
or philosophies. You derive pleasure from conversations that force you to ponder matters that exist
only in the realm of thought, not in reality. Driven by your talents, you have new ideas whirling around
in your head much of the time. You are very interested in solving problems, conceiving new concepts,
designing plans, or understanding everyday matters. By nature, you are comfortable saying, “I am a
fine educator.” You probably converse with others in your field about ideas, theories, or concepts to
gather the latest thinking. Using these insights, you are apt to draw your students into discussions that
entice them to explore topics. You want them to really understand the subject rather than memorize a

strengths, you occasionally broaden your vocabulary by memorizing a few theoretical, job-specific, or
complicated words. In a somewhat organized manner, you might examine the multiple meanings
attached to a particular term. Perhaps you memorize several of its definitions so you can use the
same word in numerous ways. Thus, you may be able to express specific ideas in minute detail. In

certain cases, your message is so clear that there is little room for confusion. Chances are good that
