This document provides instructions for doing a straight cut mix between two songs in GarageBand. The steps include: 1) Finding two songs with similar BPMs; 2) Opening a new GarageBand project and adding the two songs; 3) Splitting each song at the point where you want to transition between them, such as at the end of a verse or chorus; 4) Deleting extra tracks, zooming in to line up the beats, and fading out the first song while fading in the second to smoothly transition between the two songs.
