This document outlines the rules and procedures for a storytelling competition for senior high school students. It details that there will be preliminary, semifinal, and grand final rounds. In each round, participants will have 7 minutes to present an original story, using props and costumes, without notes. There will be time warnings and a 60 second grace period is allowed but will reduce scoring. Stories must keep the essence of the original while allowing for creative adaptation. 15 semifinalists will be selected who then will find out the theme for the final round where they will have 10 minutes to present. Judging criteria includes various performance, fluency, and method-based categories.
