Electronic on-line requisitions of
assets (consumable and fixed) from
stores can be undertaken using the
Redkite On-line Requisition Module
which is supplied as standard.

A preferred supplier list can be entered
into the Redkite Stores Manager for
procurement purposes.
If needed purchase requests can be output
for entry into external procurement
systems
A history of all orders placed with
suppliers, the date of the order, the value
of the order and any special needs are held
on the system permanently.

As goods are entered on to the system stock
levels are adjusted appropriately.
Minimum and re-order stock levels can be
set for each asset.
Inventory checks can be undertaken on stock
Adjustments can be made to stock levels
with appropriate authorisation where actual
and expected stock levels vary.

Ordering
The Redkite AMS On-line ordering module
allows authorised personnel to select and
place orders for goods from stores.
All orders can be subjected to additional
approval, if required.
Requests are submitted electronically
directly to Redkite Store Manager where
they are flagged as ‘Open orders’.
The status of requisition requests can be
viewed by the appropriate personnel at any
time.

On allocation of goods:
 the AMS Core will be updated
 Inventory levels will be adjusted
 Stock levels in stores will be decreased
 Appropriate personnel will be notified
 Costs and requests will be logged
