All aspects of Stores Management are embodied within the system.

If needed purchase requests can be output for entry into external procurement systems A history of all orders placed with suppliers, the date of the order, the value of the order and any special needs are held on the system permanently.

Minimum and re-order stock levels can be set for each asset. Inventory checks can be undertaken on stock Adjustments can be made to stock levels with appropriate authorisation where actual and expected stock levels vary.

All orders can be subjected to additional approval, if required. Requests are submitted electronically directly to Redkite Store Manager where they are flagged as ‘Open orders’. The status of requisition requests can be viewed by the appropriate personnel at any time.
